My name is Vanessa Gutierrez, and I have been a patron of Thai Traditions Massage for at least 5 years. I have always enjoyed my experiences there, regardless of my massage therapist. I have visited both alone and with my husband on numerous occasions, and we have always returned. The staff has consistently been kind and professional, and I have always appreciated the quality of service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 10:45 AM was not a positive experience. I called at 10:00 AM to schedule a 90-minute couples deep tissue massage with hot stones for my husband and me, as he was treating me for my birthday. I specifically requested a shared room so we could enjoy the experience together, as we have in the past without any issues. I was told by the receptionist that they had availability and that we were welcome to arrive within the hour. We arrived at approximately 10:45 AM. While my husband's massage went very well, I did not receive the deep tissue massage we paid for. About 30 minutes into my 90-minute session, I noticed there was no firm pressure being applied. The therapist primarily used very light lotion strokes and circular motions on my back and lower back. The pressure felt like applying lotion to the skin. While the sensation was not unpleasant, it did not reflect what I specifically booked and paid for as a deep tissue massage. At one point, tiger balm was offered, which I declined; however, the pressure consistent with a deep tissue massage never began. Aside from briefly standing on my back at the beginning of the session, the treatment remained extremely light throughout. At around the 30-minute mark, I asked if I could end the session early because I was extremely unhappy with the service. I was told by my husband's therapist that I would need to continue until the session reached one hour in order to be charged appropriately. I agreed because I felt I had no other option in the moment, and I also requested that the hot stones be removed from the charge since I was no longer willing to continue the full service as originally booked. I completed the 60-minute session, but I did so unwillingly and left extremely disappointed and emotionally upset, as this was a birthday gift experience that did not meet expectations and genuinely left me hurt. The business did offer a complimentary massage once they realized how unhappy I was, which I appreciated; however, I declined, as the purpose of my visit was to share the experience with my husband, and that opportunity had already been lost. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. My intention is not to be harsh, but to clearly communicate the impact of this experience so it can be addressed appropriately in the future, especially when clients explicitly communicate that the service is not what was requested or expected. read more

At first, I was a bit skeptical because I booked this place through ClassPass! After reading other reviews, I took a chance on this place. I booked a combo massage for 60 minutes, and BeeBee was my masseuse. She was very gentle for the first half of the massage and I enjoyed the hot stones, but the second half was brutally amazing. She started stretching me and twisting me up like a pretzel that my back cracked! It was very alleviating. I would come again, but I would like to preface the rooms are smaller than you expect and the walls don't go all the way up so you can hear other sessions. read more

I have chronic sport injuries that cause me pain and it is sometimes really unbearable. My sister treated me to a massage today. It was our first time and it was amazing. When you walk in it is dimly lit and very relaxed, which is a great way to start, there is complementary tea offered to you at the end of the massage which is a very nice touch as well! I love that because it helps to detoxify everything after intense massage session. BB was my masseuse and she did an amazing massage on me! She pinpointed all the areas I asked her to and the massage was very, very thorough and honestly one of the most detailed massages I've had in an hour. Met Dada last month when I stumbled upon this Thai massage place. She is the best. I came back a week and a half later and got a membership and every time I walk in Dada greets me with a big smile. Avoid Dada at all costs. I never thought I'd leave a massage parlor with a brand-new knot in my back that I didn't arrive with. Her nails dug so deeply into my muscles that I now have visible bruises across my back. My spine is sore from her walking on it with her full body weight, and she overstretched my legs so aggressively that they're still aching days later. What an experience! Brought my mom and I to get a Thai massage but asked for Swedish massage. If you pay online or with cash you get a discount, it was $70 each and I think when they ask you while your in a relaxing state if you want tiger balm if you say yes I'm going to assume it's $5 more because my total came out to $150 lol which I don't mind but just a heads up to those of you who decide to come here. Our masseuse that we got were named JENNY & BB, super sweet and nice. My mom was having a full On conversation with her masseuse, she came in with a lot of shoulder pain and wasn't able to pull her arms back as much but at the end of the session she was able to bend and stretch further than she did before arriving. Didn't get any pictures of the inside but it's super clean and well kept, relaxing music playing and it's nice and dim. I asked for a room together so there's two beds facing each other, we got undressed but kept our underwear on. They massage you with oils onto your skin getting every part of your body and at the end she did these moves on me and popped my back and it was amazing! Literally, best massage I've ever gotten. Found this place on yelp. My husband and I love Thai massages. I called and luckily they had availability for couples massage on a Saturday evening. Our therapists were Dada and BB. Two tiny older ladies but very strong. I can usually handle hard pressure and I think I had dada, she kindly asked if it was ok to step on my back and I said yes of course. At one point tho, I had to ask her to ease the pressure and that's when she was using her hands. Great, friendly customer service. We did the 90 minute couples massage. It's cheaper if u pay in cash, I believe $5 off and there's a sign if u book online, I think another $5 off. I saw an atm at the entrance as well. They do offer massage packages as well. There's a free private parking lot in front. Clean place. The only thing is the walls are thin and there's open space above, meaning the rooms are not enclosed. Also, some guy who walked in just opened our door mid massage and without a knock. Luckily I was face down. I guess no one was manning the front desk. They also offered to apply tiger balm which is like an Asian icy hot. At the end, they gave us a free water bottle. Def recommend this place. read more
