There was no call or text in advance to confirm the appt so I called 4 days in advance to confirm my appt. We arrived 6 min late, and they said they will have to dock 15 min from our massage time. I don't understand the math but ok. Then, they said we have to wait for the therapist who is running late. I don't understand why we are getting docked in time when the therapist isn't even here yet, and we didn't get a call or apology in advance of our massage time that their therapist was running late. Then we ask, how late is this therapist. The receptionist says the therapist has a flat and is getting it fixed. They couldn't call someone else to come in? Are they expecting us to wait? We asked to reschedule the massage since we already booked the Groupon so we have to use it. Pretty annoyed since we wasted over one hour to get there and back after waiting a whole month for the appointment. We rebooked it for the next day same time. Came back the next day and ten minutes early this time. We were asked to leave our shoes in the front and wear the provided slippers. They took us to our room that had two beds side by side. They provided a nice soft fluffy blanket which felt so warm and comfortable. The massage itself was amazing. My therapist, Hannah, started with my back and worked through my knots and stretched my arms and legs. She used a generous amount of oil and washed it off with a hot towel. The head and face massage was probably better than the more expensive day spas. I was left feeling so relaxed. It's a no frills massage place and their prices are more than reasonable. Located upstairs and turn right. Parking on the street or in the back behind the building. Their massages are so good and totally worth it. I would come back and get another massage and try their other services. If they worked on the customer service in the front end, I would have given them 5 stars.

And you didn't massage my scalp, neck or shoulders I was just here yesterday and you serviced us, I know what this service entails. The lady then rudely was like "no, done I did 60 mins". Can't lie to me, I had my phone in my hand. I clearly showed her it was 5:11pm. She then said oh you come in 4:15pm. Complete lie. Seriously, don't sell a service and then cheat someone out of it. We paid $100 cash for 2 people the first day with $30 tip. The second day, $100 cash, no tip deserved. I don't get why people act like this in the service industry, y'all don't want that tip or return income, OK!

When I showed up to the appointment, I showed them the certificate confirmation and the owner told me to call the gifter to ask them to send more proof of what was purchased. They were at work so it took 10 minutes to even get them on the phone and after 10 minutes the young man sitting there the whole time finally asks for the gifter's name and found it IMMEDIATELY. I went in the room, undressed and laid down. The lady who "serviced" me was AWFUL. First, she left the door open while I was laid under a sheet that kept sliding off my body while I have nothing but my panties on. I was very uncomfortable and confused. This lady beat and pounded down my legs and arms, it was so painful and almost seemed intentional. She NEVER removed the sheet to actually touch my bare legs and "massaging" me was more like the hand gestures like you're playing a piano. Then the "cupping" was crazy. They were either really tight on my skin or so loose that they were falling off. She grabbed them and ran them up and down my back and arms so aggressively I started moving and cringing to get her to calm down. The session ended with this lady taking the cups used for cupping and literally hitting it on my FACE REPEATEDLY all across my forehead and ear to ear!! I literally thought I was dreaming. The whole time I was trying to make sense of the situation. "Was she ever trained? Is it because I'm Black? How are they in business? Were the reviews purchased??" I was sore, pretty beat up and my nervous system was inflamed. The session also ended 20 minutes but, honestly, I was thankful. As I was putting my clothes on, someone opened the door on me TWICE. Like, why?? When I came out of the room, the owner said I 'had' to leave a tip since my service was gifted. I honestly did not want to but the owner, the young man and the lady who "serviced" me were surrounding me. It was surreal. I felt upset and needed to think if I truly wanted to leave a tip. She said to send it through Zelle so I got her phone number and decided to step out, go next door to the store to get some water and just regroup. Do you know that as I'm picking out my water THE YOUNG MAN WALKED UP TO ME IN 7 ELEVEN stating "you never sent your tip". OMG! Left their establishment and at this point harassing me. I went back over there after I paid for my items and they were all still there staring me down. I sent TEN dollars and left. I truly CANNOT believe these people are in business. What a horrible experience, I will be back at the spa-spa soon where customers are treated like humans.
