I just had the most bs facial ever by this woman. Found her on Groupon. All of her products were drugstore brands (Neutrogena, Target, Garnier), and she even used a SHEET MASK on my face. She told me it was from Paris. Judging by the array of other cheap skincare on her shelf, I would say not. Those are products that I use in my bathroom weekly. -1 point in professionalism. After cleansing my face, she did a microdermabrasion treatment. I have no point of reference for this, because I have never had one before and specifically was looking for a facial that did not include one, but it was very quick (maybe 5 minutes for my whole face) and did not feel thorough. In between each product, she placed a nice steam towel around my face, and then used it to RUB the product around and off my face, causing irritation. -1 point for technique. This is not what I expect from a facial. It was not relaxing, my skin does not feel fresh, plump, or rejuvenated. By the end of the day, my skin does feel smoother, but I do not think it excuses the lack of professionalism during this service. And I am not convinced that I couldn't have achieved these results on my own with a home dermabrasion tool and my usual products. -1 more point for overall experience. To the customer who complained of cigarette smell, I smelled it as well. Personally it did not bother me, but that is quite unprofessional for someone who is going to be close to your face with her face and hands for an hour. read more

She did microdermabrasion on my face, and she was fabulous, then a French mask which was so soothing and a great moisturizer was then applied. It was my first time getting a facial and massage here. I found Sherry from Groupon and I'm so happy I did! The massage was wonderful, just enough pressure for me. I drive a lot so I had months of tension in my upper body and she really released a lot of it. On the facial she used a cleanser then microdermabrasion and an exfoliating peel which left my face feeling like new baby skin!! I have some acne right now and I think it's exactly what I needed to really set me for a fresh start. Don't bother taking your business here. I attempted multiple times to schedule an appointment and even left voicemails and never heard back. I got frustrated and forgot about it for a while until I received an impending expiration notice for my voucher from Groupon. It was not even expired yet, but she did not want to honor it. Felt very scam-like in addition to the rude demeanor and attitude. She is so kind and sweet but I did not like some points of her work. I have allergy to the cigarette smell I can't stand for it and while she was working on my face I couldn't feel very relax bc I could smell the cigarette :( also when I wake up I saw all the facial towels she used for me on floor , I am sure she is gonna wash all of them but it's still not hygienic! Had my appointment with Sherry today for a microdermabrasion facial and a body massage. WOW, she was great! The pressure was spot on, her technique was great, I walked out like a brand new person. I felt relaxed and did not feel rushed in any way. She took her time and even went pass my appointment. The microdermabrasion was the last part of my appointment, she ended that with a face mask and it left my face baby smooth. Her product smelled amazing! Her office can be found entering through the main lobby in between the two buildings. She had to move due to a leak and is now in I believe room 114. I bought this voucher for 2 facials. I confirmed my appt because the business did not. It is 1 person operation. The ad has a different address in an office building. Not a spa at all just a small screen and a table. I was Leary but would give her an opportunity. She was standing in front waiting for me to arrive. I was asked several personal questions and I shared I am A breast cancer survivor. The facial was nothing more than a scrub no masque application or any treatments. But then the unprofessional woman with heels of her palms pressed so hard on my chest I bolted up off the table and I said I will not be back. I received the Groupon as a Christmas present and called to schedule an appt. I did have to call a couple times to get the appt but was able to schedule it and when I got there was pleasantly surprised. Sherry is very nice and welcoming and her massage room is very clean and relaxing. Once I met her it is apparent why it is a challenge to get an appt. but well worth the wait. She is very good at what she does and is very popular and one person. There are many places you can go to and get in and out, but not many that exercise the care that Sherry does. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My mom made me an appointment a week ago for a facial at 11 on the 25th. i get there and wait till 11 because i didn't want to interrupt anyone. 11 hits and nothing. not even a peek out the door to give a heads up. i wait 10 minutes and go to the front desk and ask if she's even there. they say yes and to wait. i wait 10 more minutes and then knock. it is now 11:20 and nothing. no answer after knocking. i go back up to the front desk and the receptionist has to come help me because she isn't answering. she comes out and is all frustrated because she has a client...like how would anyone know that if you didn't say anything. i show her the voucher number and she says "she doesn't have it" well the appointment was made lady. then she tells me to wait 30 more minutes to take care of her customer. ridiculous...maybe a little more organization would be helpful... don't waste you're money or time here. glad to say that the money will be refunded through groupon. read more
