My doctor finally wrote me a scrip to go to see the Orthopedic Surgeon after my MRI showed cysts, bulging discs, and some arthritis. I did not want to rush into surgery or even that steroid epidural. One night I just went on Google to see if any place was open and ended up at this joint. Wow. It is a very specific kind of therapy and boy does it work. 3 treatments and I was walking (and dancing and doing yoga, etc.) I worked with Jason Goncalves. He is amazing. I never did go to the Orthopedic doc. I thought Jason would be alarmed by my MRI results. He explained how there are people walking around fine that have the same thing going on with my own spine and not to be alarmed b/c I could be too. He zero-ed in on specific areas and worked with me one on one. I didn't expect such fast results but after the third appointment, I went home and was doing a home project. All of a sudden I realized I was walking up and down the stairs to get various tools. I was shocked. I was so thankful I cried. I don't understand how this could work after only 3 meetings but it did. Now I am back to doing my yoga. Thanks!
