I realized I needed a good massage therapist. I came to Yelp of course because this is the best way to find anything. I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Rebecca today. If I just would have started with her at the first sign of pain I could have saved myself money and time and tears. Rebecca knows what she is doing and it is exactly what I needed. She also gave me a lot of suggestions for things I could do to make this better. The price was very reasonable and she said they don't accept tips. They would rather you come get the therapy you need without worrying about the price with tip. Guess I'll need to bake something for her. :) If you are still reading this you obviously need a massage therapist and I've written over 100 reviews on Yelp so I'm asking you to trust me and go to Advanced Massage Therapy. Both Pam and Rebecca are amazing. They know exactly how to get the knots out and loosen tight muscles. I have never left unsatisfied. If I could go every day I honestly would. They even give you suggestions for stretching if a certain area is bothering you do to not enough stretching. I have shoulder/neck issues and lower back (at times). They are always on point and leave me feeling like a well oiled machine. You can't go wrong with either one of them. Highly recommend.

In my opinion, all she does is quiz you to find out what other services they can sell you or bill your insurance for. Like presenting me with a tiny leads unit I did not ask for. Also I am legally blind but still have some vision. In the Flower Mound location, the waiting area is filled with light but as soon as the door to the hallway opens and your name is called, you walk into a dark hallway. When I would have to quickly explain I'm visually impaired -they did not really assist me. One therapist had lowered her bed all the way to the floor and as I walked in there was no bed and I was completely lost. She couldn't figure how to turn the lights up so I could get my bearings. Again, two of my massage therapists were amazing. This review is based solely on my experiences d your visit may be different.

My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

I walked in early this morning, asked joy the lady at the front if I could use her bathroom per emergency. She then replied "fuck off you fat ass" . I replied okay thank you, I just needed to use ur restroom but I'll go else where. Never in my life have I had a business owner treat me this way. Then she proceed to follow me out to my car and calls me poor for asking to use her bathroom for 10 seconds per emergency. As I go to leave she begins to flip me off and keeps calling me a fat ass white girl. I am in shock the way she handled this. I will never go here nor recommend to anyone. The ambiance was soothing, with calming music and a peaceful atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. My therapist, Lina was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. This is the spot I will always go to now when I need a massage. no more groupon or livingsocial for massages!! About the charging on credit card. It clearly says they charge you $2 for the TAX on credit cards. I paid $60 even plus $12 tip (Reflexology for two people)... So they didn't charge me tax, which is AWESOME! =)
