As stated by MANY others, the OWNER is beyond rude and offensive. I wouldn't stop if she was stranded on the side of the road, but would smile if there was a puddle of muddy water to splash on her. What a verbally abusive and egotistical jerk who loves nothing more than a tyrannical long winded monologue talking down to paying clients. How they stay in business is beyond me other than that she has some amazing staff and most people are fortunate enough to avoid her negative energy. Back story: I walked in, as I've done several times in the past, to get a massage from Bella. Bella was in the waiting room clearly available. She stops me and says "did you schedule an appointment with Bella?" I said no, not realizing that was an issue. But said, I would like a massage with her and clearly she's available. She said "no. You didn't book online so you must take next available." I responded that I'm here for a massage with her and clearly she's available, but she again refused and said I had to take next available. She seemed to want to pick a fight, but I had no idea why as I was happy and excited when I walked in the door, but now I'm confused and feel like I'm being cornered and under attack for some reason unknown to me. I then doubled down and asked if she was refusing to let me have a session with Bella and she said yes. I said "okay. Then I'll leave as I'm not interested in trying someone new." If you've ever had a massage then you know the quality varies drastically. My wife has had a few massages there and said they were all "okay". However the massage with Bella was the best I've ever had. She's truly exceptional, so no I wasn't interested in next available. Had I known I needed to schedule with her, then I totally would have, but the way the owner treated me was completely unacceptable. read more

Gift Card Scam! They list gift cards as a one year expiration. The federal and state laws are not followed here and they claim that they do not have to follow any laws as they are a private business. My family bought a $135 card that they refuse to refund, honor or exchange. read more

This review is a 5 star based on an aloha Thai massage by Lala. She is amazing at feeling out all my tight spots. I had 2 massages by her back to back before a weightlifting competition and she fixed me up just right. She does massage with her feet and lots of stretching. The place is super clean and a very relaxing vibe. The price is not bad, $120 for 90min. 80 for 60min. My husband had another lady and that did not go over well at all and I did say something and they comped his next massage with my girl Lala. I have had massages for 22 years of my life. We just moved here from Arizona, and started coming to Aloha Thai Massage. The first 3 times were relatively good. Today was a nightmare. They put me with Kim who was new. (No, I did not know this at the time) I paid for a 60 minute Thai massage (which is walking on the back) After about 10 minutes into my "massage" I inquired if she was going to walk on my back soon? She replied that she didn't plan on walking on my back, but if I wanted her to she would. So I waited, and waited, and still no walking on my back! I don't even know how to describe what happened in that room. She clearly had no confidence in her technique (or lack thereof) She killed the time by shuffling the sheets & continuously re-draping me. She pulled my legs apart 20 times! Finally, I couldn't take it anymore, and I excused myself to go to the restroom so that I could speak to the manager. I felt very stressed out after that experience. The owner did agree to refund my massage, which I appreciate, however, what I did not appreciate was the owner telling me that Kim has great reviews. I don't believe that for one moment, and I think it's an inappropriate thing to say to a customer. It's extremely invalidating. read more

Just witness the owner park in the handicap area, personally I wouldn't care..however, an elderly gentleman in 70s at least walked up to the door and said is this your car, the owner then started screaming, cussing and proceeded to spit on the elderly man. Police were called and I was told she was given a ticket. She repeatedly said she didn't care that thought it was totally inappropriate to spit on anyone let alone an elderly gentleman. This would be my 4th time here and I got someone new. It was the worst experience ever. Didn't rub my legs once, all she did was push down on my legs. No lotion either. I am 9 months pregnant and all the pushing on my thighs and hip area has my back completed messed up. I can barely stand. I was really looking forward to the experience I had the previous time and them getting into my shoulders and neck. That too was never rubbed. Just a bunch of pushing and once again no lotion or massage. My back was never touched. No pillows. Didn't even change positions. I told the front desk how awful it was and all I got was " I'm sorry" Having a baby in a week, I can't stand and wasted a 100 dollars. I had been interested in Thai massage but this was my first. I feel like any other massage is a waste of money. I had the 60 min Aloha Thai massage and it felt like a 90 min massage. A combo of massage, stretching, and bone popping. It was so good. The place was fairly empty which was shocking to me. Professional, clean, relaxing environment and a fabulous massage. As with a true Thai massage, the actual experience is not for those seeking relaxation during the session itself, but the proof is in the amazing relaxed feeling you get afterwards. The staff is friendly and always flexible to take walk-in appointments. For the most part, they are very attentive with understanding what your pain points are and focus to relieve those pain points. I've come here a number of times in the past. Sadly they have gone downhill. Previous I would rate them a solid 7 or 8 out of 10, now it would be a 2 at best. I am very familiar with what a Thai massage is, tonight we did not receive anything like that. Something is going on, is it staffing issues? Quality is at a all time low. My wife and I had a couples massage, it was so unsatisfying that after we left we went to a nearby foot spa and had a way better experience. As parents of twin 6 year old boys we often don't get the opportunity to indulge ourselves. As a special valentine gift to each other we booked a couple's massage. I knew there was an issue when my masseuse covered my head with a towel and spent the 1st 10 minutes teaching the other women how to do a massage on my wife. Previous we've had "Real" Thai massages here, tonight was lots of oil and some half ass squeezing. I recommend skipping this place all together. read more
