So imagine my surprise, walking into CVS find one of the two self checkout, kiosks, broken, align 6 to 7 people deep, and the clerk sitting behind the counter eating chips while everyone waited to ring themselves up. Occasionally, she'd wander over with her Chito dusted fingers to waive her badge at the kiosk when someone got stuck, then head right back towards our snack break instead of actually helping customers. By the time, I finally checked out, I understood exactly why people just shop online now. Convenience only works when the store actually values your time.

The lady was incredibly rude. Her answer was sarcastic and when I tried to explain why I called she hung up on me. I also believe she is picking up and hanging up immediately. I called twice the first time I could hear her taking to someone and just picked up and hung up. Maybe a mistake i don't know but based on her attitude I doubt it. Again the pharmacy is wonderful. The family owned business ( a husband and wife) go above and beyond any other pharmacy I'm accustomed to by: 1) Being super-proactive working with your Doctors, resolving issues and trying to improve your life 2) They are incredibly knowledgeable about the business and pricing side of Pharma. Mark Cubans new venture, Medicare, various discount cards, how providers ( doctors) interact with the business side of prescriptions, and so on. I'm always just blown away by their medical expertise and care and genuine concern for your OVERALL health ( and I'm not always the easiest person to deal with LOL) 3) They actually get to know you as a Human Being with your conditions, and have fantastic memories of your history and meds. I recently switched to this pharmacy only a month or so ago. I have had the same 5 prescriptions…read more(daily medications) for more than 10 years (two that are life or death for me). I live in Lewisville and used Walgreens, but they never seemed to value me as a customer. This was at least the 20th time they ran out of those two main meds. So I started calling around... but, absolutely no one had them. I cannot begin to explain how terrifying it is to be unable to find the medicine you desperately need, that's going to run out in only 48 hours. Eventually, however... I was told to give Plano Pharmacy a try. The first person I talked to there was Akin (the manager), who immediately said he could get my scripts; but I've been lied to before about these meds. I didn't believe him but I was out of options. He made me promise though that, if he got them for me, I'd move all my scripts to him... and write him a review. Early the next day he calls and says, he's got them and asks where do I want them delivered - that alone blew me away - I don't even have to drive to Plano to pick them up. Like Akin, I'm a man of my word; so, here's the review I promised him (that he so richly deserves). He came through for me in a big way, and he's earned my loyalty. I don't think you can go wrong with this pharmacy, and I can't recommend them enough. They'll get the job done when no one else seems able to.
