The two ladies at the front desk today were very pleasant to every patient that came in. I would suggest moving the check-in kiosks to a place that is a bit more obvious to people coming in through the door so that these ladies can focus on their jobs instead of directing people to the kiosk every minute. They were both very accommodating to anyone who walked in and polite to a couple of patients who were frustrated when they didn't bring in their own paperwork (one woman wasn't even in the right blood lab, and they still directed her with kindness). If you can get an appointment, you're in and out lickety split. If you can't get an appointment, I do not suggest going at 6 AM because everyone who has to be fasting for their blood test is there and the wait for walk-ins can be a little long. Try 645 or 7 o'clock. Every time I've gone, I am pleasantly surprised by those who draw my blood. They are usually very quick and patient. I've gone to other places for my blood tests and I usually end up bruised - not here! i've never developed a bruise a day later, and it has never hurt. this is my go to place for blood tests. Even when they don't have available appointments, this is where I go! As for the waiting room, there's plenty of seating and you get to watch your name countdown on the waitlist screen.

I visited the Sonora Quest lab at 155 E Warner after my doctor recommended tests, a location that,…read moreamusingly, isn't even listed on Yelp. I asked to schedule an appointment, but the two staff behind the counter were absorbed in their phones. One finally tossed me a card with a QR code and said, "Scan this to book." I did, and arrived for my 7:30 slot, signed in at 7:25, only to be ignored until after 8:00. The same woman who gave me the card then called to request my insurance information. I pointed out my appt time, and she said I wasn't on their schedule, and hinted that multiple people were having trouble with the booking system. Frustrating, unprofessional, and avoidable... bypass this location if you can zero stars!

Lab is super efficient and friendly. So, what is the problem? For the third time in 3 years I have to see a different primary care person. Over the years they have been all over the place. Exceptional, great, terrible, mediocre, and now, this year, useless. Not a Doctor, not a PA, a Nursing practitioner. This person seemed completely uncaring, and yet socially woke! No sense of humor, no human connection. Just filling an empty chair! I feel like I wasted my time getting my annual checkup from a drone. Dont Veterans deserve a Doctor as their primary health person?

I scheduled an appointment online, and the…read moreconfirmation email said I could check in online and receive a text when my lab personnel were available. After waiting 15 minutes in my vehicle, I went inside and waited another 15 minutes before approaching the staff. They informed me that I needed to check in at the kiosk. By then, my appointment was already 25 minutes past, even though I arrived 10 minutes early. I arrived at the facility at 7:05 for my 7:15 appointment and checked in through my phone, but after going to the kiosk at 7:40, I was told that, because I was late, I would be treated as a walk-in. To clarify, I was not late--I was early. I had to leave by 8:05 due to my schedule. It's misleading to advertise online check-in if it's not effectively implemented. I visit your lab frequently, often twice a month, and it's absurd that I have to submit my insurance card whenever I've already provided that information on your portal. The customer service I experienced was inadequate and lacking empathy. As a disabled person, walking is a significant challenge for me, and I'm currently dealing with mobility issues. While I have a wheelchair, I struggle to get it out of my vehicle without assistance, which further complicates matters. I recognize that LabCorp's time is valuable, but so is mine. I manage a large company and don't have the luxury of waiting an hour for lab work. Making an appointment should minimize wait times. Additionally, I called your customer service for assistance but never received a call back.
