We arrived at this location with given hours on the email print out for a drug screening. The said hours on Wednesday on the printout were 9 to 2 after searching for the building and the suite for about 10 minutes we walked to the door. The door stated that drug screenings ended at 11 when we went in to see if they would accept my school, aged daughter for a work drug screening we were turned away when I suggested to the man working the front that they should update their forms. He stated that the form was an old form, even though the email was printed out the day prior. I was met with attitude and was given a sheet with the new hours on it, and when I suggested again that it should be updated so people don't miss school. He said that it is updated on the door. We drove down there. I took my child out of school to be met with an attitude because I was stating they should update their information. I'm sure we are not the only ones that have wasted our time driving down there to be turned away, based on their forms, not being updated, I understand, and I even stated to the man that I understood it wasn't his fault but for him to get Caddy with me for saying they should update their information is unacceptable Having a print out pushed in my face after already being there was rude.

The two ladies at the front desk today were very pleasant to every patient that came in. I would suggest moving the check-in kiosks to a place that is a bit more obvious to people coming in through the door so that these ladies can focus on their jobs instead of directing people to the kiosk every minute. They were both very accommodating to anyone who walked in and polite to a couple of patients who were frustrated when they didn't bring in their own paperwork (one woman wasn't even in the right blood lab, and they still directed her with kindness). If you can get an appointment, you're in and out lickety split. If you can't get an appointment, I do not suggest going at 6 AM because everyone who has to be fasting for their blood test is there and the wait for walk-ins can be a little long. Try 645 or 7 o'clock. Every time I've gone, I am pleasantly surprised by those who draw my blood. They are usually very quick and patient. I've gone to other places for my blood tests and I usually end up bruised - not here! i've never developed a bruise a day later, and it has never hurt. this is my go to place for blood tests. Even when they don't have available appointments, this is where I go! As for the waiting room, there's plenty of seating and you get to watch your name countdown on the waitlist screen.

Theresa called us back, and she was absolutely wonderful. She kept my son engaged the entire time and answered all of his questions in a way that made him feel comfortable and informed. He was pretty nervous going in, but she turned it into a really positive experience for him. I'm so grateful for her kindness and professionalism--she made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier for both of us.

Found this place this morning and I had an appointment scheduled online within 45 minutes and I'm already heading back to work. Very clean facility, super friendly, and super convenient. I have made it a point to make sure my doctors send the lab orders electronically a day or 2 before my scheduled appointment, if not, then I make sure to have physical copies of the orders. This one is on me. I have found the phlebotomists to all be professional and though I am typically somewhat a hard stick, none of the phlebotomists at this location has ever needed more than once to stick me. I think Sonora Quest hires the best phlebotomists in terms of drawing blood. My husband and I were here near the end of July for orders for our annual exams. It was easy for us. The guy was very business-like and though I would like a more personable person, it's not a big deal. He was professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He was able to get my husband and I done within my appointment time, so that freed up 15 minutes for other people and himself that morning. I would recommend this location and then afterwards, you can get some grocery shopping done as well.

I had an us-guided thyroid biopsy at the clinic, and the doctor cut into her lunch hour to do the procedure rather than have me come back another day. Her assistant did the same, and it was their idea to have me do it then, not mine- but I truly appreciated it. BTW her assistant is crazy good at needle sticks, and I barely felt her draw blood. The office is clean and inviting, and the ladies at the front desk are a hoot. I have had no issues with scheduling or billing, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone in need of an endocrinologist.
