Not sure why because what I highlighted wasn't focused on and what I wanted to avoid they touched. There is a definite language barrier. After my rubdown I let them know my neck was still be in pain and would like to address that but none of the ladies understood which was frustrating . If you just want to be rubbed down this is the place but if you are trying to address a specific issue I would ask for someone who speaks English and if they are an experienced licensed massage professional. The place was extremely clean but I will not be back.
