I'm an ASC Nurse Manager for a busy surgery center in Seattle WA. To fulfill the yearly mock code…read moretraining, we decided to bring an outside company into our facility to evaluate our plan and give us feedback. I was able to find Mark by word of mouth from another ASC Nurse Manager, who had nothing but positive things to say about him. Hands down, Mark was amazing! He ran through some scenarios with us; realistic to our patient selection, and we utilized different areas of our facility (OR, PACU, waiting room). Key points: 1. Mark is professional, confident and an expert in his profession. 2. He always brought us back to the basics when we deviated off course. 3. He stressed the importance of utilizing everyone at the office. From the front office staff calling 911, rotating CPR, scribing; to the trained ACLS staff doing the medications and assisting with anesthesia. 4. One of the best parts of the class...he provided an atmosphere for staff to ask questions and really engage in the learning opportunity without fear of "not knowing the answer" or looking bad in front of other coworkers. Everyone, including the MD's felt this education opportunity was worthwhile and we will definitely have him back next year. Thanks Mark!

I have been CPR and FirstAid certified three different times over the years from Alpine Fire. The…read morefirst two times they sent out an instructor. He was South African, and a decent instructor. He seemed to ramble a bit, and his stories were usually only slightly related to the topic and more of an opportunity to pat himself on the back. This last time I had Aaron as an instructor. We went to their sight, instead of them coming to us. He was very informative. A great presentation, really knew what he was talking about. Explained everything very well. He told stories from his current job, which is as a fireman in Kind County. He was well prepared, he brought his own great dummies. He was a very informative, charming, polite, useful instructor. I highly recommend him. The only down side was parking. We parked on the street, across from the place. In street parking with out a limit, in front of a little mini-mart. But still street parking. The grumpy owner of the mini-mart was complaining about the people from the class parking in front of his store, I heard him complaining when I stopped in for an iced tea on our break. He went over to Alpine and complained to them and we had to move our cars. I thought it was ridiculous, since it was unmarked or limited street parking. If that hadn't happened I would give them 5 stars. Great instructor, crummy parking, but useful information in the class.

When I had a problem, it took me over a month (a day short of two months) of continuous calling and emailing to be connected with someone identified themselves as the manager of the Mount Vernon and Puyallup offices. When I told them that my students did not get their cards and had been calling for two months, the person said I was lying and hung up on me. At one point I was able to find my cards on Enrollware; nevertheless, the main problem was that no one told me. Normally they are email. I have not yet figured out how to email the cards from Enrollware, myself there is no help from LifeTek, I have been with LifeTek for 10 years, and they have deteriorated into a shell of a business. I resisted writing this, but if you have a choice, I would not recommend using LifeTek. It is not the same business that it was.
