It is very rare to have a pharmacist give the time and attention to each individual person and truly make you feel respected and valued as a customer. I was having some serious hot flashes, night sweats and swings from menopause. I was sure I was going to need a doctor intervention. Deborah knew just what I meant and what I needed. Rhubarb tablets. Yes! That's what I said! No way. I reluctantly bought the tablets, went home and did exactly what Deborah told me to do. Take it at the same time every day. Don't deviate. I had to check out my other items at the front- the cashier was nice. I asked if I had coupons- she didn't know- I seen them on the screen and asked to use the. (The other CVS asks if you want to use them) Overall they had my prescription filled by the time I got there from the doctor's office . This location is open 24 hours.

I was greeted upon entering today, and two cashiers were working. I noticed that the store is better stocked than it had been in the past. The Minute Clinic area has been remodeled, with a larger waiting area. I used the self-checkout as I prefer it when redeeming my rewards, as I can pick and choose what to use based on the expiration dates. The self-checkout next to me was being worked on, and the one I used was finicky at times. It would scan some of the items easily, and others would take multiple attempts. I am glad the self-checkouts were getting the needed maintenance.

Recently switched pharmacies and an important time sensitive med didn't get transferred offer to…read morethis pharmacy. As soon as I figured this out ran to the pharmacy and got there at 7:55pm. Pharmacy closes at 9 pm. Apologetically asked if they could please transfer the script and fill it tonight. By then it was 7:58. The pharmacy tech checked with the pharmacist and she approved. So grateful for them. Expect they were exhausted and ready to leave. We made the right decision to move our business to this CVS! Thank you!

If he is not filling my rx then they usually are not filed correctly. The pharmacy aides are hit and miss here. Some are really nice and some look so miserable that you can tell that they hate working here. You have to kinda roll the dice when you go here. Sometimes great service and sometimes I will be the one banging my head on the counter in frustration.

The CVS inside Target has really gone downhill in the last year. The staff has changed. Every once…read morein a while, there is a familiar face, but mostly new faces. Update: Most of my prescriptions are for 90 days, so when one of those was filled in September, I was surprised that this pharmacy filled it again in October. But the insurance wouldn't pay as it was too soon, so they applied some kind of discount card for the prescription, just filled a month earlier, that I did not need. I contacted the pharmacy multiple times by calling and messaging to get it fixed, but all I kept getting were text updates to come pick it up, and it would be held for so many days. CVS Customer Service even told me that this was taken care of. But even after the hold time, they still tried to give me that prescription. The prescription wasn't filled when it should have been with my insurance come renewal time, so I had to order it manually. The website doesn't always let you log in. I even typed a note for them to call me and file with my insurance this time. I knew they didn't, so when I went to pick it up, it was still through the discount card. They tried to tell me that was my insurance. I mentioned that if it had been filed with my insurance, it would have been a different price. So the cashier didn't know what to do, and another employee had to fix it all and file with my insurance. It has been a big headache that I've dealt with for two months now. I'm not sure who is hiring these people but they are making huge mistakes. On my most recent visit, I had a vaccine scheduled at 10:30am. I arrived earlier than that time and stood in the area I was instructed to, only to be ignored for almost 30 minutes. The pharmacist during that time even asked me to move so that she could go to the restroom. Never once during that time did anyone ask if they could help me. The customers waiting in the pharmacy line noticed me, though, and wondered what was going on. I waited until 10 minutes after my appointment time to speak up as by that point it was getting ridiculous. I was ready to leave. It was 10:52am when I finally got my injection, and there was no apology for the wait or the delay. It is time to find a more professional pharmacy.
