I have been here twice for a drug test. The front desk is rude and unprofessional. They will have you waiting for up to 2 hours. Keep in mind I was in for a drug test... I had to used the bathroom right away. I saw multiple people come in after me and get seen before me. Once you ask they front desk when will I been seen they will say it's a first come first serve but how if I been waiting for 2 hours. And they will talk about you in Spanish. read more

Came here for a drug screening. Everyone one was busy, but Melinda greeted me with a smile and checked me in. Her workspace was very clean and organized. She was very patient with me as I kept messing up the DOT physical form. She explained everything in very simple terms (as anyone who has filled these forms out knows how difficult they are). read more

When I tried to explain my injury he interrupted me to say hes not going to recommend disability, which I did not mention or ask for. He offered a shot for my back, when i asked if there was something else he asked if i had suggestions or what did I recommend. I said I'm not a doctor, so he got mad and left the the room. Hope this guy receives his version of medical treatment when he needs help. But at least he saves the insurance companies some money. read more

What a horrible three hour experience. Receptionist very rude and did not explain the big pile of forms she handed me not did she say where a pen was. I was definitely a number only. 45 min worth of paperwork. Get to the back and the dr was not even there. Had to wait over 1.5 hrs with no apology. To top this off they weren't gonna give me a copy for me records, the physical, and they told me that they would not give me the copy of my TB test that was done so that I could get it read at the hospital. I told them how I felt. I was so mad when I left that I wanted to cry. The doctor and tech were nice. No vital, no exam, and the receptionist at the front made ME fill out the physical assessment form that the dr was supposed to do after examining me. The only reason I gave 2 stars is cause there is no long wait. Now, the staff is very deceptive and misleading which sums up to be very unprofessional I was sent here from my employer for a drug test and physical which might I add has taken a week and then some to complete why is because the staff tells you one thing only to turn around and contradict what was said in the beginning. So I came back like they told me to now I have to go to my dr. To get a paper signed for verification of hypertension which that could have been faxed or emailed over but instead they have me coming back and forth doing the same tests over and I informed the staff that I don't live close which they knew from the second time I came back and told them this yet i still went back two more times afterwards wow all for a hypertension verification. Thank you Joy M. For responding better than your staff but my review is based solely on how your staff have me running back and forth when they could have just told me that after the first day instead of having me come back 3 more times considering I don't live close by and then to tell me I'm done after you received the paperwork which wasn't true because I still had to come back in order for the dr to sign the paperwork which is misleading. read more

4 HOURS...i can't believe that this place hasn't fixed their issue with scheduling ppl that work with the time doctors really get here... if a doctor doesn't get to the office till 10 ... then why the heck are there appointments starting at 8 for a doctor that is not there to see patients... this is insane... I came in to get a foreign object removed from my finger and couldn't have came to a better place. The staff and doctors were super friendly throughout the whole process and were quick to attend me. Came here for a drug test, which took these people over an hour to do. There was about 10 girls coming back lunch, just to sit behind the counter and talk without acknowledging anyone waiting. I've been coming here for a while now. At first I wasn't pleased with my treatment but then I switched to active therapy with Jeff and wow! The exercises are helping me and with Caesar's help I can tell I'm getting better. Caesar does amazing massages and it really relaxes my lower back injury. My physical therapist Ursula has been treating me for the last six weeks, I had shoulder surgery, and am currently recovering, it's a slow process but I feel so much better with each visit, still have a ways to go, but I'm getting there, the staff is awesome!! Very unprofessional. Walk in and no greeting or courtesy to customers. Front staff just chit chat while not helping me while I walked to the front. Was told to wait in a secondary waiting room for a drug test. I needed to drink some water before taking the test. The employee tells me to wait but does my communicate to me to tell the front desk to let them know when I was ready and so I see him leave after without acknowledging me. As I finally take the test, a new person tells me that the time is expired and to inform my employer of the expiration. Finally they resolve it as they call my employer to let them know about the issue. Overall, the staff needs training especially the females in front and the two star rating is because the male practitioners were helpful. I recommend not to go here if you want to wait all day for lack of help. read more

I've had the worst experience with Doctor's there. They don't deserve any star. Hippocratic Oath does not mean anything in this practice. The hypocrisy these doctors have. I've had them put false statements on paper work behind my restrictions that I'm leaving that visit fine. Wow wait till I figure out how to make a formal complaint. I have written proof what they are writing, I got a injection on my shoulder and no one had me wait in the office to see if I was fine or to see if would have a allergic reaction. Which I did. I got hives on my shoulder and back could not feel my arm and fore arm. called and they said call back later because the person I need to speak to was not there. a professional thing to do was take my name and number and have that person call me back. No they want me to call back in a few hours. If your company is sending you here you have 30 days to request a new doctor. if not get a lawyer. read more

I had a Drs appointment on 9-3-21. It was pretty busy so I knew I was going to be seen later on but the girls deserve more respect , and be patient with them. I want to say that Thalia , one of the receptionist she was very helpful and courteous. She always helps people regardless if she's busy or not always takes the time to hear you out and help . Every time I m there , Thalia is nice and helpful. She is a great asset to this place and need to be recognized, you can tell that she is going to be a great leader and probably on her way there. Won't take an appointment for pre employment. They said the most you have to wait is 20 mins. Waited for over an hour before I was called in. Waste of time and possible exposure. I was sent here by my job on 5/28 with a really bad shoulder injury. The after hours Dr. was really cold and was pushing on my arm even though I was almost in tears. He put me off work the rest of the shift and told me since I was off the next 2 days I could come in 5/31 to be reevaluated. When I came back in, I was examined by Dr. Del Campo, he was in the room for 2 minutes. Told me he was ordering an MRI and that I was going to need physical therapy and that he was going to RETURN ME TO WORK THAT DAY ON LIMITED DUTY. I tried explain to him that I was in severe pain, I couldn't move my arm and I was driving one-handed. Also, I'm right handed and it was my right arm that was hurt. He stated "I DON'T PUT ANYONE OFF WORK UNLESS THEY ARE BED RIDDEN." This is a true example of a heartless business that is only focused on saving Workman's Comp. money. I went back to my workplace and complained. I am now going to Concentrate and they are so much better. read more

From the time I've been going to healthpoint, everyone has been so friendly, and helpful, one particular person is Isabel,several times she went out of her way to help me with the elevator, someone would push the fire alarm button, and lock the elevator up! So she would go, and get the keys, to reset the elevator, so i could go to the second level to attend my physical therapy. I really appreciate her going out of her way to help me!! My opinion... get a lawyer. Your just a number to these doctors and NONE OF THEM CARE ABOUT YOU. I was treated horrible and a Doctor at this site sent me back to work with a FRACTURE and I'm PERMANENTLY DAMAGE FOR LIFE.....if your employer sends you here due to you getting hurt at work, call 1-800- the law2... you must get RECORD OF YOUR INJURY IMMEDIATELY . File a NO RECORD report within 1 day of your injury or tell your manager immediately and go to the ER WITH YOUR MANAGER THAT DAY.... contact a lawyer immediately because places like this is going to downplay your injury.... I was laughed at here by the main nurse and the main Doctor rolled his eyes at me.. sent me back to work knowing I had a fractured sacrum and made me worse. Due to the Docs carelessness my back got worse, causing a buldging degenerative disc in my lower back.... when I went to physical therapy that's when I found out I had a fracture and even the Physical Therapist was disturbed why I wasn't put on a medical leave of absence.
