The instructor's were great at walking around and giving you tips on your workouts. The workout was amazing as always, it's really as hard as you decide to push yourself. I wanted to try my hand at powerlifting and work on my overall strength since I don't get to move too often for my job. By the time I returned, I had taken nearly 16 months off from consistent training, and it showed. My strength, mobility, and overall fitness had regressed significantly. Anyone who has been through a postpartum journey knows how challenging it can be to start again while breastfeeding, functioning on interrupted sleep, and adjusting to a body that feels different than it once did. What impressed me most about Hideout was how well the trainers understood this.
