The gym is very well laid out and has all the equipment you could need. Tons of machines, a large free weight area with benches, a few heavy duty squat racks, cardio machines and a nice turf area. They also offer fitnesses classes, and apparently even have a sauna and a cold tub, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The gym is very clean, including the change rooms. The change room has a shower and lockers with built in locks. The front desk staff were super lovely. I'd recommend checking this place out as a visiter or for a regular membership!

Free weight on the other hand were being boarded by multiple girls. Plenty of paper towel dispensers and spray bottles so some people are good at wiping down the equipment. Wished the staff was more attentive and present on the weight lifting floor to try rack the free weights and plates. Overall if you get one of their promotions it is not a bad gym.

Then I received an email stating that my annual fee and membership fee totaling $89.99 are scheduled to be charged on July 23, 2026, despite being told my membership was being canceled. I've tried reaching out by text and phone, but I have not been able to get an update. I have kept all of my text messages documenting what I was told. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision and ask for everything in writing before signing up. I hope management reviews this situation, resolves my account, and improves the experience for future members.

For example, their CS4 circuit classes target your lower body majority of the time, so if you are a runner then you risk overtraining legs or if you want an upper body workout then you have to just go to their overcrowded weights area. What especially sucks is their hours. They close early on the weekends at 6 pm. Especially during the summer when the sun sets around 7:30pm, you're not really able to get a night gym sesh in. Wish there were an. I think this gym is more for people who enjoy taking classes than those who want an open-gym experience.

The instructor's were great at walking around and giving you tips on your workouts. The workout was amazing as always, it's really as hard as you decide to push yourself. So you could have an easy workout by doing body weight exercises or you could lift heavy. Easy parking in the lot up front.

I wish there were designated stretching areas but you can stretch in front of your rack if that's where you are working out otherwise you just have to find a space. The locker room is bad, too crowded. Not enough lockers. Not enough toilets. The sauna - horrible. It only holds 8 people at a time, the steam room is even worse 5, if that. The showers are decent, plenty of room to do what you need to do. I've only done cycle classes, they are basically HITT workouts high RPM, High heart rate, but only 45 minutes. There as a recovery area where there are massage chairs, Normatec goodies for use and hyperice massage guns....and vibration plates. Very nice! Is it worth it. I'm still a member so yes, but it could improve.

Many of my answers were met with responses such as "umm, okay," which made the interaction feel dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that recruiters are often busy and screening many candidates, but first impressions matter. Regardless of whether someone is hired, applicants deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect.
