Despite this, I waited approximately 30 minutes after my cleaning was complete. During that time, I observed the dentist see a patient who had arrived after me before attending to my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, and by 3:30 PM I had completed everything except the dental exam. By 4:00 PM, after continued delays and no clear update, I chose to leave. I understand that delays can happen, but being told multiple times to expect a short wait, only for it to extend significantly--and to see another patient taken ahead of me--was frustrating and disappointing.
