This spot is such a cute little spot with healthy options. They locally source their ingredients and use natural and organic ingredients. It's a perfect place to take a date as the inside is very cute and intimate. It's located right off of Main Street so you can take a nice walk through town after eating. The location is wonderful. The Chicken Cesar Wrap was perfect and the presentation was on point. It was full of fresh ingredients and had lots of flavor. The whole wheat wrap was fresh and delicious. The service was very friendly and our waitress Karina was very friendly and made us feel welcome, we will definitely be back for more delicious food! On July 5th, 2024 me and my boyfriend Little Georgie was on Main Street and we decided to go to "Healthy Garden" for a late brunch/dinner. We both decided to get something healthy, we got chicken Cesar wraps and raspberry ice teas. It was delicious as usual & the service there was excellent and the customer service was excellent also. I was "ummmmm'ing" with every bite of my delicious black bean burrito! The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and no skimping on the perfect texture and taste avocado like some places! Joey loved his (gluten free, wheat) pizza as well. The restaurant is big, and in the Moorestown "down town" area. (I'm not familiar). I'd only had take-out here prior. The décor was plain and modern, yet cozy. One table was set "in" the window too. Too cute! Our young waitress was ever-lovely, and super sweet. Maybe this place is just for women. Salads look good on the website . Twice my wife has ordered and I have ordered a hoagie and it is not good. Today I ordered a tuna hoagie. I did not dare order an Italian since this place is not a deli. But I figured the tuna would be good . Unfortunately, the tuna was not good . It tasted like Mayo pudding. It was not made with any care and it had no texture . Maybe they were masking the chunk light. Not sure. The lettuce was cut romaine . Also not appropriate for a hoagie. Hoagies get shredded iceberg. The roll was just meh. Probably amoroso. I saw no spices on the hoagie either. No salt pepper or oregano. The truth is this place is lazy. They charge $14.00 for a hoagie and Wawa has a better hoagie. It is blasphemy that they label that sandwich a hoagie. It has a bleh roll, and the wrong ingredients . We order from Healthy Garden a lot and the food is usually pretty good. I usually get a salmon entree or chicken marsala.The salads are always crisp and fresh. Honestly, I've never had anything bad from Healthy Garden.. until today. Not sure what went wrong in the kitchen, but today I got the sorriest excuse for soup I've ever tasted. It tasted like they ran out of their real soup and added a gallon of water to it. Look at the picture I uploaded. Healthy Garden is not a cheap restaurant and for what I paid, I think I deserved a real bowl of black bean soup! REAL black bean soup is much thicker and has a spicy kick to it. I was looking forward to a good soup with my meal. We also ordered the salmon with spinach, mashed potatoes and sundried tomatoes. Delicious, as always. If I could give zero stars I would! There's better food in Moorestown for sure. "Healthy" is a bit of a stretch . The food is mediocre at best and the prices are astronomical for what this is. Pizza is lame . Sandwiches are not filling . Burgers are yuk. Salads are ok but again mediocre and overpriced for what you get . The only authentic thing here is the pressed juice . I'm done . Spend money to patronize them , but prices were ridiculous from the day they opened and continue to get higher and less food. So many other options along Main Street in Moorestown. Healthy garden is a good spot that if often overlooked on Main Street. The menu is huge and the food never disappoints. The only thing is that they need to work on their service. The place is never really that busy but i believe the online orders create slow and forgetful servers. I like this place a lot, just wish they had more staff. read more

That said, the food itself was solid. We each had salads and juices. The juices were huge and priced really well for the size. The salads were also enormous and large enough for two meals. This is a great little cafe in downtown Moorestown. Large selection of menu items, most of which is pretty healthier. They offer a lot of vegetarian options, as well as gluten free options (gluten free wraps as well but beware they do fall apart). The decor is adorable. The establishment looks small from the outside but the inside is surprisingly large. I ordered the chipotle shrimp quesadillas which were delicious. I thought the chipotle sauce would be inside the quesadilla but it was served on the side. The quesadilla was on half full toward the top of each slice-- I didn't feel that I got my money's worth. The fruit juice was delicious and the coffee wasn't bad, but the food, wasn't at all impressive in anyway and everything took FOREVER. My daughter ordered a caprese salad, which came before all of our meals and was finished before any of the rest of our food came. The olive oil wasn't very high quality, the ratio of mozzarella tomato was off, the balsamic vinegar tasted too sweet and there was too much of it. My husband ordered a chicken club that wasn't half bad and came with a descent side salad. My other kids ordered the crepe with Nutella which they loved of course since it came with whipped cream and other junky chocolate sauce. I ordered a very simple egg breakfast. It was a nice dish in theory and they were flexible about replacing the home fries with a salad, but again, it took so long that the toast felt like it sat under hot lights for some time. The supposedly sauted vegetables on the side also tasted schwach, too crunchy and not spiced in any imaginative way. The guacamole was pretty yummy. As I paying f twenty five dollars for a salad and cauliflower wasn't bad enough, the cauliflower was soggy and bad tasting, and my salad yet again did not come with its described ingredients. I've been to the Healthy Garden Cafe over 20 the past three years with my family for nearly every occasion. They have a wide range of healthy options, but also have less healthy options. The main attraction of most eating establishments is the food (with the exception of Hooters), so I will start with that. When I wrote this in 2015, I said that, "I usually go with a less healthy option, which is a chicken parm sandwich; the sandwich is delicious, huge, and a filling dinner option at $8.99. I've also had a Mahi Mahi dinner with vegetables, which wasn't as enjoyable, but healthier. Most recently, i tried the excellent Salsa Fresca Chicken Quesadilla. My parents usually go for the talapia burgers and seafood entrées which seem to be good. Our healthy meals always end with taking home a pizza, to further complicate classifying the Healthy Garden Café's niche." Since then, I've been moving towards the dark side of eating called, "healthy eating," and have eaten a few of the healthy wraps including the BBQ Chicken and Grilled Chicken Wraps ($9.99). My parents have started getting the salmon entrée, which is a huge piece garnished with kiwi and pineapple for $16.99 that includes a sugared sweet potato. I've seen smaller pieces without any garnish for almost double the price at other establishments to sweeten the deal. They have always honored the free appetizer Yelp deal too, which is great to push us into ordering double apps. Their guacamole dip on pita is fantastic and rivaled only to El Vez in Philly at the moment. We've also had the avocado supreme, which is a good way to eat a lot of vegetables before you realize what you're doing! We have only come for dinners, but have been there for major holidays such as mother's day and father's day. Never much of a crowd, and one could call it rather empty at times. Even so, the wait staff is polite and nice and there is also a good-sized parking lot in the back, but it gets icy in the winter. read more

Took a little while to get here, but worth the wait. Good food, lots of vegan options! Was really happy to see they use Daiya here. I do think their tofu could be a little bit more flavorful, it's a little bland for my taste, but I've never really been a fan of tofu anyway. Even so, the great varieties of flavors on the rest of the plate more than make up for it. My mom, on the other hand, really enjoyed the tofu and my sister-in-law LOVES their cheesesteaks, to the point that she won't order them elsewhere now. This place is quite quaint in its decor. The wait staff seemed not as welcoming than they should. One of them was talking on her cell phone and did not get off it while I tried to place my order. Nevertheless, the food is amazing. I ordered the Greek salad with extra anchovies to go rather than dine in. The salad was a nice sized salad filled with sprig mixed greens, olives, tomatoes, celery and plenty of feta cheesy and an anchovies with a light vinaigrette dressing to accompany the salad. Everything was fresh and crisp. The prices were reasonable and their extensive menu was far from boring. There are an assortment of dishes to choose from breakfast to dinner. This is my new togo to place for delicious food especially their salads. There is ample parking in the back as well as parking on street. For example I got the falafel wrap and my mother got a veggie burger wrap. Both of our plates had barbecue sauce and our salads also had a barbecue sauce dressing on it. How does barbecue sauce belong on everything? Since they're not sure what kind of restaurant they want to be, it is likely that one dish is great and another is sub par. For example, the falafel wrap is good with the falafel having a nice texture and balanced spices. Their homemade hummus is delicious as well. However, the vegan quesadilla has a veggie burger that has too much celery and no fresh ingredients. While the food is okay with some great vegetarian and vegan options, the service is lacking. My sister got discolored water that tasted sweet. This would have been okay since I know sometimes the water comes from the same gun as the soda. However, the problem came when the server was reluctant to get her a new water. The server was also unhelpful when she brought us the wrong quesadilla and acted as though she didn't understand what we meant.
