You literally have to ask a dozen people just to figure out where the line starts. After finally placing our order, we were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. That turned into an hour... then an hour and a half... then nearly two hours, with zero communication or updates. We even went back in after an hour, only to be told our food still wasn't ready, but were offered a tiny spoon of water ice as if that somehow made up for it. Then, after waiting even longer, we were finally told they were out of beef bacon, the main ingredient in both of our sandwiches, and asked if we wanted a substitute. At that point, absolutely not. We canceled the order. To make matters worse, instead of issuing a proper refund, we were told to "monitor our bank account" and come back if the charge doesn't fall off. That's unacceptable. When I saw her plate, my jaw dropped--I was instantly jealous! She let me steal a couple of bites, and it was absolutely delicious. It's one of those dishes you could enjoy for breakfast, brunch, or even as a sweet snack. The food was a solid 10/10. Our server, Ben, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
