I have stayed all this time because it became more than a space to train and hang with my dog, this gym connects you to an amazing community filled with so many great athletes. Powerlifters, weight loss coaches, booty building coaches or just generic training athletes. This gym has so much to offer, there are tons of squat racks in the powerlifting room and an incredible amount of machines in the body building room you will not find in commercial gyms. There are foam rollers left and right and I've never had an issue with anything with this gym. One of the owners Gus is pretty amazing at fixing things so you will never really see a machine out of order for any longer than a few short days. There's a vending machine in both rooms, one is for drinks like Gatorade's, pre workout cans and water. The other is filled with protein snacks, bio freeze patches and mini deodorants! These change periodically, there is an outside vendor that comes in to restock and change what these vending machines offer. So much variety! We love. If you are in the area it is worth a day pass for sure, these are purchased ahead of time as someone from staff will need to coordinate to let you in as this gym gives all members a personal key fob to enter. I read someone here say, he's in his office most of time. I say there is some truth to that but I am glad that he doesn't micromanages me! He is still watching through his computer what is happening on the floor. He saw me struggling finding a balance once and he came right out to correct my posture. He is watching at all times and I appreciate that. I also love the encouragement that the gives me. His statement, "you are not here to try, you are here to work" lives rent-free in my head. I push myself harder because I know he believes I can do it. The fee can be a little steep for others but you get what you pay for . I treat it as an investment I am making for myself. I now sleep better, have more energy and feels stronger physically. Lastly, there are quite a few people I've met who have been at this gym for over 3 years. What does that tell you? Hop on!

If you ask, he might briefly explain the movements; if you don't ask, he won't proactively offer guidance. Throughout the session, the owner remains seated in his office, observing via monitors. He rarely corrects form or offers instruction because he is not actively supervising the floor. On rare, lucky occasions, he might come out, say a few words, and give you a perfunctory high-five when you finish. I also experienced unprofessional practices regarding both pricing and communication. The day following my inquiry, the advertised 2025 price structure (which was $395 for two sessions per week/per month) was removed from the website, and I was subsequently presented with a new, higher rate. Furthermore, his follow-up email used highly deceptive sales language: "Here is what we have available with ongoing special including $50 OFF every package and it is month to month, no contract required nor any other hidden fees (Nutrition guide is also included in the package.)" 2 x per week = 8 sessions in one month, One month package is $395 The issue is that when I sought clarification, Dan stated that the $395 price we were charged was already the rate after the $50 discount was applied. This setup is highly misleading, as the email aggressively advertises a $50 ongoing special off the package, suggesting a lower final price. Maybe I'm just a diva; but having a conversation with your members (especially a family gym goes a long way). Another Ugly: (Scam) At least big box gyms let you cancel if you move away 25 miles or more from a location of theirs. Their contract will have you pay out in full. There are certain teachers that are better in that they break down the steps and are energetic and encouraging, but then there are other teachers that expect you to be J-Lo and the Flygirls, which usually results in the students being confused and just standing there. Hopefully they can retain the better teachers and maintain the consistency that I'm looking for. Another thing is that the schedules seem to always change. I'm noticing its on a monthly basis, but it makes it hard to commit when the times keep changing.
