I also ordered the Caesar salad which had almost no dressing, my brother in laws steak was cold, and it seemed like we got the very worst batch of appetizers. The calamari was literally just crumbs of breading with maybe a few pieces of actual calamari and the spinach dip was delicious but came with only a few pieces of bread for dipping. There were discussions about closing the club due to the inability to extend the current rental lease at this location. These are proven that the club could be closing in the near future. Communication was difficult, and I found myself having to repeat questions multiple times without getting much clarity in return. Customer service--especially over the phone--is often the first impression of a business, and this one missed the mark. It felt like there was little effort to understand my questions or guide me toward helpful information.
