We've had no issue with ants or otherwise since we've started with Harmony. Recently, on a Sunday, a raccoon holed up under our deck and wasn't budging. With kids and dogs, we needed to get it out. We called Harmony since we knew that they would "catch and release" if the raccoon was healthy. They came out quickly and removed the animal without incident. I was expecting a huge bill for the last minute weekend call, but it was more than reasonable.

After awhile there's some things in life u just learn to live with, but yesterday it was raining and my wife & I were sitting out on back porch and the leak (the same leak) got annoying so I took video of it show Mr. Fix it where it's leaking. Well this morning I call Mr. Fix it to come out and fix the SAME leak that has leaked since DAY 1 and beings I had a new roof installed it's now MY PROBLEM! The service guy was nice and polite and I guess did what he was supposed to do. He was so that I he was able to sign me up for a maintenance plan. That's where it all fell apart. They were supposed to come on a regular schedule but I would get random calls asking if a service guy could come out. If that wasn't a good time it would be weeks before they could send someone again. This went on for a few months and I cancelled the service. They tried to tell me I couldn't but could not come up with proof that I had signed that type of contract. After I cancelled they said I still owed $75 for the balance of the month I cancelled. That was just dumb. No service guy came out that month so why would I pay? We argued the $75 for about a year before I finally paid when they threatened to send it to collection. If you have a pest problem feel free to call them. Just don't get suckered into a long term contract. A company that doesn't post their street address on their website shouldn't be trusted.

Initially, in the early years of my association with them the owner was the one who came to do the inspections and treatments, but now their employee, Billy, usually comes to do my ant and termite trap inspections. He is always very helpful and pleasant and I think sometimes goes above and beyond job requirements just to be helpful.
