FTC My realtor hired Samantha to help clean my house before putting it up for sale. When you hire someone to come into your private space it feels vulnerable and you put your trust in them to create a non judgmental atmosphere. Samantha is not capable of doing that. I am a visually-impaired first-time mother with a spouse who is away for work. I clean my home consistently and have hired professional cleaners for my home in the past. I have never had any of them act as unprofessionally or abhorrently rude as Samantha. She walked around my house loudly declaring how disgusting it was several times. She proceeded to break my doorknob off of my closet door, my lamp and pull part of my ceiling fan chain off. Honestly, the cleaning was fairly mediocre and I ended up having to go over most of my house to get the details. It cost $700+ to have mediocre work done and be treated like trash in my own home. After this experience she had the audacity to post pictures of my home on her public instagram page. When I privately requested that she remove them and left a negative review on her business, she called my realtor and threatened legal action. This experience was so upsetting and I really hope Samantha feels ashamed for reading my original review and choosing to try to intimidate a single mother with visual impairments by sending baseless threats through a third party. I wouldn't ever recommend her services to anyone. In fact, I would encourage people to stay away from this woman at all costs.
