Called ahead to make sure they could care for our 4 year old son after explaining our situation. He…read morehad a bad cut on his finger tip and needed X-rays, wound care + stitches. From the beginning, care was very unprofessional. The nurse(?) asked if he needed stitches (as if we would know) and made my husband and I hold the water bowl and our screaming toddler's hand in a bowl to soak while she left the room. The water dripped all out and we couldn't even get his wound efficiently cleaned. When she was explaining the process of stitches to us, she looked at my husband and said "you look strong, you'll have to really use your force and hold him down" and told me because I'm pregnant I wouldn't be able to help at all. The whole process sounded horrifying and was handled very unprofessionally. After having X-rays and being there an hour, the doctor comes in and says "so, do we have a cut?"..... after we've been there for an hour being assessed because of a cut that won't stop bleeding... YES we have a cut? Anyways, they referred us to Nemours hospital in Orlando and ultimately we wasted our time coming here first. They took 3 xray photos, and only provided us with 1 so we had to redo X-rays as the hospital. So thankful we did not let them perform the stitches, it would have been terrible! During my visit, Dr. Sangita Sahay attempted to prescribe SSRIs after I explained that my symptoms were related to difficulty breathing through my nose. I felt my concerns were not properly addressed and that I should have been evaluated by an ENT specialist instead. After I expressed that I disagreed with the medication approach and did not feel SSRIs were appropriate for my situation, I was discharged from the practice. I felt that my concerns were not heard and that my disagreement with the treatment plan was handled unprofessionally. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication I received. I would recommend others consider their options before choosing this office.

I wish my primary would put that much effort into caring about some of her patients. This last visit was the worst I've ever experienced, staff was rude, condescending and unprofessional to say the least. My appointment was at 2:00 and I was taken back around that time and then was there for three hours and when I got there ,there was only one other person in the lobby. During those three hours I maybe saw the doctor for all of 10 minutes, after I could hear her asking where I was through the door an hour and 20 minutes I had already been back there, couldn't bring up any concerns about symptoms I was having because she kept cutting me off or taking over me. Bedside manner for the nurses and doctor are non existent. I could hear the nurses and doctor mocking me through the door, and was talked down to and continuously interrupted. I also needed some paperwork filled out for work which the doctor gave me a hard time about and just put the papers on the table and said that'll have to wait, when I'd already been there for an hour and she still refused to fill out one that I needed. When some questions came up about my job I could hear the dr though the door say sarcastically to the nurse "oh, miss employed? Let me go get her" and then she knocked on the door and said miss employed come answer these questions I don't have the answers to. So it's bad to be employed now? I can also never seem to get my prescriptions filled or sent over. This is some of the worst treatment I've ever experienced and would give no stars if I could.
