My teenage daughter once had a scheduling issue but never me. In any case, life happens. Whenever a patient reports a concerning mole as the reason they need to be seen, the Dr. should make it a priority. This is why surgeons and medical oncologists complain about dermatologists like Dr. White. In her reply, Dr White says they offer next day or same week emergency appts. for those who were turned away. Also not true. They did not offer me either. As far as cancer screening, all I can say is the other derm I saw subsequent to Dr. White was far more detailed, taking measurements and recording every single spot that looked remotely off. If Dr. White had done a more thorough check just 8 months prior and seen me despite my being literally 12 mins late, I could have avoided a terrible situation. I am not doing this to "bash" Dr. White, just letting the public know of my experience. As I said, her front office is kind and competent and Dr. White seems like a nice person. I'd be cautious about doing anything beyond cosmetics with her.

After the treatment, my skin reacted completely differently -- I experienced a severe breakout, something that never happened with the original formula. That's what first made me question whether they actually used the right product. When I followed up, I was met with rude, dismissive behavior and zero accountability. After multiple follow-ups, they finally admitted they had used the wrong formula -- exactly what I had asked them not to use. At first, they refused to take any responsibility. No apology, no solution -- just excuses and gaslighting. It wasn't until I kept pressing that they eventually offered a "touch-up" with what they claimed was the original formula. But that turned out to be even worse -- the jar they offered had already been opened and used on another client. That is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable, especially for a medical-grade chemical peel. How is that even safe This wasn't just a small mix-up -- this was a medical-grade treatment applied without informed consent, followed by an offer to "fix" it with someone else's leftovers. It's honestly disturbing. And this isn't the first red flag. A while back, they sold me a $300 product that was set to expire in just two months, and when I brought it up, they refused to replace it. Yogalates was more popular with 10-12 women. The class was fun and motivating. The studio has every prop and accessory needed to play with! Bounce class was challenging and intimate - there was only two of us! Kris modified the class to suit our fitness level, engaged us in partner activities and even threw in some cardio on the bikes. The studio is clean and friendly. I was surprised to see some men using the equipment and getting personal training. There's a room dedicated to spin, a shower and a facial room. Overall a cute facility and great women. The website could use some updating - mainly the calendar and the old website needs to redirect to the new website to avoid confusion.

I specifically requested liposuction multiple times, as my previous surgeon included it and it was necessary for symmetry, but Dr. Chapin told me it was not needed. It was not performed, and my thighs show no improvement. The extended incision now protrudes even more than before. I spent $3,500 on the thigh revision with absolutely no positive change. I also only agreed to the upper and lower back lift because Dr. Chapin strongly recommended them, assuring me they would significantly improve my contour. These were not procedures I sought out myself. After spending an additional $12,000, the results are extremely minimal and not at all reflective of what was described to me. What stands out most is how dismissive Dr. Chapin was of my concerns. From my very first follow-up, I expressed dissatisfaction, yet my concerns were brushed aside again and again. At my most recent scheduled appointment--where the office was already 20 minutes behind--I was told Dr. Chapin "didn't have time" to discuss my thigh issues and still perform scar injections, and that I had to pick one. This was a scheduled visit specifically meant to address my post-op needs, and being told there wasn't time to even discuss my concerns was incredibly disrespectful and invalidating. Anytime I pressed for answers or expressed that I was unhappy with the results, I was essentially told there was nothing that could be done and to "be happy with your body." This felt dismissive, minimizing, and completely out of line considering I had been raising the same concerns from the beginning and had invested significant money into procedures that produced little to no improvement. He is incredibly kind and funny, but more importantly he listens to your concerns and talks through everything with you.
