She then proceeded to ask what an IED was as well and what happens to you when you are blown up. Absolutely ridiculous "care" and a completely shameful show of medical professionalism. She also had less equipment to test me than I had already previously been tested and she was not able to test for the hearing loss which I have already been diagnosed with. Her findings were then what was used for my disability claim causing me to have to start all over. Absolutely Terrible!

My experience was extremely disappointing due to poor communication, long delays, and unprofessional treatment. It took months to receive meaningful communication or follow-up, and I often felt ignored and left without answers. Staff were rude, dismissive, and did not communicate clearly or professionally. Most concerning, I was told one thing regarding services and coverage, including representations made to both my health insurance and me, only to later be told those commitments would not be honored. This left me feeling misled, frustrated, and without trust in the process. When people seek help for hearing care, they deserve honesty, timely communication, professionalism, and follow-through. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this center and would advise others to ask detailed questions and get everything in writing before proceeding.

After the way she treated my mother when we went to leave she would not open the door. I had to threaten her with calling the police to open the door and let us out. She treated my mother horrible. My mom's appt was at 8:30 . It was 80 degrees outside I knocked on the door at 8:40. The lady looked at us and went in the back I knocked again. She comes and opens the door telling me in a condescending tone i did not have to break the door. I said my mom's appt is at 830 it is 845am now its hot and she is 86 and does not need to standing in the heat. She said we'll she had things to do before she opened the door. I said then you should not have made an appt for my mom until later. I expect my mom to be able to walk in and at least sit down at her appt time. She continued being rude . She never took care of the hearing aides .I could not stand the way she treated my mom any longer. I told her my mom would never come here again . I did not realize she locked us in after we came through the door. I asked her to let us out and she told me to calm down. Mind you I never raised my voice or changed my tone while talking to her even though I was fuming at her treatment of my mom.i calmly told her I am and you need to open this door and let us out right now or I will call the police and tell them you are holding us against our will. Nobody deserves the way that lady treated my mother. I will never take her there again. I am telling everyone I know not to go there for hearing aids.
