The process was smooth from start to finish. I filled out a short evaluation form, and the actual hearing test took less than five minutes. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The technician also took the time to share helpful tips on how to preserve my hearing, which I really appreciated. The office itself has an inviting waiting area, and there's convenient parking available in the back. The front desk said it will take another 2 more weeks because his approval had not went thru. Then I waited again another 2 weeks to check up and I asked for an appointment to finally go next month October 7. so basicalls it's taking more than 6 months for there service.

The prices are great compared to independent hearing aid offices that my mom's insurance had recommended one doctors office in Torrance tried to charge $7000 for the service and hearing aids. Costco prices are around 2 to 3000 everything included with a two year warranty. I highly recommend this place.
