We've been to other audiologists where the tonality of doctors was condescending and was not pleasant. Dr. Mahloch was the opposite and I felt she wanted to do her best to help the situation. We were referred to Dr. Sesi's office by our pediatrician after my son's 4th ear infection in 4…read moremonths to discuss ear tubes (he was only 12 months old). I met with Dr. Sesi and immediately liked him. He was kind and friendly with my son, spent time explaining the reasoning behind the tubes, and I left feeling confident in his recommendation for the procedure. After our 5th ear infection a week or so after our first appointment, we scheduled the procedure to take place at LCOM hospital right across the street. Everything went amazingly well, there was good communication throughout pre and post op, and my son's ears look great. Others below have mentioned that the texting as the main form of communication with the office is an issue, but I didn't have any problems. If I didn't hear back about a question, I followed up and didn't have to wait more than 24 hours for a response. Everyone I dealt with from surgery scheduling to Dr. Sesi's assistant was extremely nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Sesi if you have little ones in need of ear tubes.

I'm thinking "hey, this might just be a breeze thru"... WRONG!!! I fill out those redundant medical forms and wait. Hang on the waiting room has activity at about 9:50am. A lady walks in and stated she was there to see my same Doctor. At 10:02, guess who is NOT called back to be seen... Yup! Me! It's now 10:30am and I'm still waiting to be seen. 10:35am and I'm called! Uneventful visit, not worth the wait. Now food for thought. Medial (and other groups for that matter) are increasingly advertizing a fee to cancel at last minute. Opposite to that, should there be a "rebate" if you are not seen in a timely fashion? Think back in college... The 15 minute rule. If the professor didn't arrive in 15 minutes of scheduled start the class would be dismissed. I'm thinking along these lines for the medical field and I'm not talking a supply of samples or coupons, I'm talking cold hard cash! Ah, who am I kidding. This will never happen, much like my chances of coming back to this office.
