The process was smooth from start to finish. I filled out a short evaluation form, and the actual hearing test took less than five minutes. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The technician also took the time to share helpful tips on how to preserve my hearing, which I really appreciated. The office itself has an inviting waiting area, and there's convenient parking available in the back. I was told to send a letter stating what I am stating here and got no response. Just a recurring reminder in the mail. Will not recommend this place.

After having my tonsils removed it was discovered that I had a large infection attached to one of them which is why I had the recurring issues. Not "allergies".
