He was not open to alternatives and not very considerate in helping me understand why. Not helpful. Waste of time and money.

This was my first visit at this location, and my first check-up since 2018. (Oops!)…read more Upon my arrival, the receptionist checked all of my information, then asked me to fill out all my information on another page. Why duplicate work...? I didn't wait too terribly long to be called back. The assistant never introduced herself but got a pretty good medical history & began the process of my evaluation. After numbing drops, dilating drops, and the glaucoma test, I was directed to the exam room...where I sat, and sat, and sat, with the door open, and all of the staff chattering & laughing about former colleagues and whether or not they indulge in alcoholic beverages after a long week (or daily). Dr. Kreiger was nice enough, did the exam, told me my vision hadn't changed much, and put more numbing drops in my eyes before conducting the final test. I asked if they had dilating reversal drops and was supposed to be assured that it "wouldn't last long" and they "used the least amount of medicine possible". The numbing drops made my eyes feel fatigued & the dilation lasted for hours. (Now, the morning after, I've got a screaming headache, but it could be the change in weather, not necessarily all the work my eyes did yesterday, trying to return to normal...) I'll be interested to see how my kids fare at this location after the holidays...

Never mind the guy snoring loudly in the waiting room that no one seemed to want to address. I would stay away from this place at all cost. I had the exam, then after they asked if I wanted computer glasses, but never explained I could only use them on a computer, as I left she even said not to wear them driving. I can't even see my wall mounted TV 3 feet away, so all I can use them with is close 2 feet max clear vision. But they bill insurance over 500 dollars for glasses you cant see out of clearly unless it is 2 feet away, well how is that a full optimal pair of glasses? They probably costed 25 dollars to make. I will be writing the insurance company. I am 55 you cant tell me you cant make a pair of glasses where I can see everything clearly all the time. These are merely just reading glasses and I was never given any printout of my vision results, no report at all, very poor customer service! They should be ashamed.

When I kept my second appointment, I explained that I…read morehadn't been able to do all the treatments because I was working long hours around the clock on a particular job, which would last a few more weeks. I would give anything to have cancelled that appointment. He went to his desk and mumbled the saying "you can lead a horse to water... ". Then he told me to sit at the machine they use to look at your eyes and he poked in my eyes. Next he said he had implanted plugs in my tear ducts. Without telling me ahead of time, nor discussing the choice of plug materials (nor possible side effects, nor the purpose, nor alternatives, nor anything else). I always extensively research any medical choices ahead of making decisions. I had him take them out before I left. However the look of the area under my eyes was ruined, seemingly permanently, and at my emergency return appointment the other provider I was scheduled with said they couldn't see anything wrong. The practice denies that the insertion of those silicon plugs could cause the side effect and offered no remedies to repair the damage. Overnight I was made to look older which affects my employability, not just any former attractiveness. The attitude of the office seems to be that the change is "all in my head", but I'm a portrait artist and very attentive to visual detail, as well as a former National Merit Finalist who gets their facts straight.

I attend the therapeutic yoga and you do get very individualized attention. I have had some medical issues and surgery so the yoga wall is especially useful if you have weakness in the limbs or back. She is gentle, thorough and so accommodating! For some ladies, laser treatments can be a little more uncomfortable when it's that time of the month. Melissa will reschedule your appointment for you. She will also apply the proper laser setting based on your level of comfort as well as how far along you are in your treatments. I have seen a reduction in underarm hair since I started my treatments. Next I am working on brazilian. I also just saw Mary Ann today for a facial. She is new to the OWM team but has lots of experience. It was amazing! Very attentive, does extractions, and massaged while the peel and gel mask was sitting. I have also tried their yoga wall in the past (once), and I enjoyed it. I'd like to try it again but it is a little pricy for a session. I recommend keeping an eye out around the holidays because they do gift card specials! Buy a certain amount and get some $$ added for free!
