I got all of the vaccinations up to date, screened for parasites, and over email confirmed with the business that they were uploaded to my profile. Then the DAY BEFORE I was set to drop the pups off I got a call saying I needed to come in for a day camp as my pups hadn't been in for 6 months (it had been 8 months). Obviously, this was not possible, as I was leaving the next day. I got this information over voice mail. So I called back. And left a message. No returned call. So I called back. No return call. Now I'm starting to panic, called again the next day and left messages. TOTALLY GHOSTED. Finally, I got a passive agressive text - "yeah, this is our policy, sorry". After over 7 years of boarding my pups with this business this was extremely rude and insulting behavior. I was totally left in a lurch, considering having to cancel my trip and suffer financial losses due to the late hour. What kind of business does this to a long standing customer? Since then, my dog has been a "regular" with Crazy Misfits. Zak comes over during the day, picks up my dog for a couple of hours of "play time," and has been super-accommodating about special requests or an occasional "REALLY late day." My dog loves him- she bounces when she sees him. The billing is twice monthly, and you can pay online as well as directly by check. Zak is very approachable-- I appreciate I can contact him by text. I have nothing but good things to say-- knowing that my dog has been able to get out and play with her Crazy Misfits friends helps me feel less like a horrible owner for having to work so much (but that's how we bring home the kibble.)

We have video monitors in our home and we watch their visits sometimes. They talk to the cats and brush them and generally treat our pets as we would treat them ourselves. We usually pay them in advance using Zelle although they have other payment arrangements. They refill the water fountain and the automatic cat feeder and cleaned the litter box before we bought a Litter Robot. They are familiar with this machine and know how to change the catch bag in the tray. One of our cats requires a medication and they take care of that as well. We used to live less than 1/4 mile from their home but in April 2023, we moved to Des Moines, WA. That was still within their coverage area so they continue to help us. Very satisfied.
