I am very sad to write this review- after years of recommending these folks to friends with pups!…read more I had a trip to California scheduled recently, and when I called to book I was told that they had availability for the stay, I just needed to update vaccinations/parasite checks. I got all of the vaccinations up to date, screened for parasites, and over email confirmed with the business that they were uploaded to my profile. Then the DAY BEFORE I was set to drop the pups off I got a call saying I needed to come in for a day camp as my pups hadn't been in for 6 months (it had been 8 months). Obviously, this was not possible, as I was leaving the next day. I got this information over voice mail. So I called back. And left a message. No returned call. So I called back. No return call. Now I'm starting to panic, called again the next day and left messages. TOTALLY GHOSTED. Finally, I got a passive agressive text - "yeah, this is our policy, sorry". After over 7 years of boarding my pups with this business this was extremely rude and insulting behavior. I was totally left in a lurch, considering having to cancel my trip and suffer financial losses due to the late hour. What kind of business does this to a long standing customer? Unfortunately, these people can not be relied upon, were rude and really caused me stress and dismay. Wholeheartedly do NOT recommend anymore.

He comes home happy and tired and is clearly well cared for. I've been to other daycares where the dogs look dazed coming out. Camp Crockett understands pack management and anytime there's been an issue with one dog, it gets fixed immediately. I am grateful every day to have a safe and fun place for my pup to go and hang out with friends.

I originally contacted Creekside Critter Care about boarding my dog, Bug, while I was away for a…read morewedding. Bug isn't very socialized with other dogs or people, and I knew staying somewhere unfamiliar would be extremely stressful for her. After talking with Maryellen, she suggested in-home care and recommended Joe. Bug usually takes several visits to warm up to someone, so Joe came over about a month before my trip to meet her. I was immediately impressed by how well he read her body language and put her at ease. He also asked lots of questions about her routine, personality, likes and dislikes, which showed me how seriously he takes caring for each individual dog. When Joe arrived for my trip, I was amazed that within half an hour Bug was sitting on his chest demanding attention and even playing with him! I left feeling completely at ease. Joe sent photos and updates throughout my trip, and by the second night, Bug was so comfortable that she even slept in the bed with him. I honestly didn't worry about her while I was gone because I knew she was happy, comfortable, and in wonderful hands. I'm incredibly grateful to Joe and wouldn't hesitate to have him care for Bug again!

Ann was the one person who offered to go out of her way to help us if needed. We had a geriatric diabetic cat who needed an extra level of care. The times we did use CCC, things went off without a hitch. Really appreciated the humanity.
