When I went to a different store to return them, they outright refused, wouldn't even offer store credit, and treated me terribly. The staff, who appeared to be a security guard and possibly a manager, were rude and unhelpful. This was a horrible experience, and I do not recommend this Big 5 location. If you're looking for decent customer service, avoid this store and go to another one, or possible another city--anywhere but here. If I could rate my experience it'll be a negative 1. Improvements I'd recommend would be new staff or at least training on good customer service.

She said, "this is Monday, I want to have a good day, and I don't want to argue." (A comment I believe was rude. I was misinformed and now being blamed because of it) I was trying to have a good day. I called twice to get information so I would not be wasting my time, energy, and gas. It is frustrating to do what you are told you need to do and be mis informed. Leslie did not apologize for her employees poor communication and she did not say she will provide the employee with additional training so the miscommunication does not occur with other customers. Leslie displayed poor customer service and poor management. I gave her 1 star.

Some of the gift ideas were mostly gift cards so here I am at Target to see what are available. Wall of gift cards has lots of options from sit down restaurants to fast food restaurants to shopping to movie theaters to Google Play to Play Station to Target and more. Please note there are NO Amazon gift cards available. Why would there be, right? That's okay. I ended up getting these gift cards... 4 $25 Target, 3 $25 AMC, 1 $25 Play Station, 9 $10 Subway, and 8 $10 Starbucks. Subway comes in 1 pack with 3 $10 so I got 3 packs. Starbucks come in 1 pack with 4 $10 so I got 2 packs. Total came out to be $370.00 which averages out to be $45 per young adult (I gave the extra $10 Subway to my daughter). Hope the shopping/movie and food/drink treat brings the young adults some good cheer this holiday season. Check-out was easy. Staff was friendly. Btw, Target no longer has the red gift envelopes for their gift cards. Thank you Target for your Gift Cards wall! Grateful for the massive options.

My husband recently spent a ton of time looking for new sunglasses, and the staff was very friendly and spent tons of time with him. On the other hand, my visits are usually on a whim, but it's been years since I've found anything I must have. Regardless, I hope this is the survivor of all the skate/snow shops in the desert. Many continue to go out of business, and Powder & Sun has become a staple in the desert for years and years now. My suggestion? More product, more brands, more sizes, better prices.
