After a two‑week training program, Paige brought Maisy home and it felt like we had a brand new dog. Maisy listens, stays calm, and her reactivity has completely transformed. With a simple command, she stops whatever she's reacting to. It's incredible. Paige's dedication shows in everything she does. She communicated with us throughout the entire program, sending daily videos, updates, and photos. Maisy even came home with a new leash and collar, and Paige took the time to teach us exactly how to use them. My stepson took his puppy here for a few days while he was in Florida…read more The owner complained about the puppy "peeing on her couch" at 3 am and had the audacity to tell my stepson while he was on vacation. What is he supposed to do about this while he's in Florida and the owner of this "business" is in NY? Also, why wasn't the puppy crated overnight like she is used to, and her pet dad ASKED the owner to do?? The owner of this "business" said that the puppy was "bad on a leash" even though she was warned of this ahead of time. Then the puppy was returned to her pet parents DIRTY, with FOOD in her fur, SMELLY, and her collar and leash put on way too tight. The owner was TOLD to keep the puppy separated from the big dogs at this establishment or at least to introduce them SLOWLY, yet the puppy was put right in with the big dogs right away. There are too many dogs in one small area and the owner seems to only care about getting her money and cramming as many dogs in there at once as she can. The owner insinuated to my stepson about how little she got for watching the puppy, yet SHE set the price! The puppy also came back without her rabies tag, which was somehow lost during her stay! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
