I work in customer service myself so I know the tactics. I drive an hour and half to visit that location and have had this happen at least twice. There was absolutely no reason to treat me like this once let alone again. I spend at least 100.00 every time I make the trip but it will never happen again. You can even mix and match your own 6 pack, which is probably where their name comes from since it's like a variety/party 6 pack. I didn't talk to the employee much but they seemed willing to help us. They greeted us when we came in but that was all. I don't mind quiet employees, although it is always nice to have an employee recommendation. I walked into this liquor store and was greeted right away from the guy working. He asked me if i was looking for something specific, and he was able to help me find exactly what i was looking for immediately. He was very accommodating and I was in and out in seconds. It was at the one downtown but I couldn't find their store on here. It was down in their wine cellar and we had a ball. There were 7 different stations. Each one with their own wine experts there to explain everything about what you are tasting and even gave advice on what to pair them with. Needless to say we had to uber home but enjoyed ourselves. I definitely recommend going to the next cause I will be there for sure.

The samples were strong for the most part, but they tasted good. The complimentary pulled pork and chips buffet was the icing on the cake for the evening. It came from Dawson's BBQ and it was probably the best pulled pork I have had in quite a while. The swag they gave away was very nice and the raffle at the end was terrific, even though I did not win anything. This new Fishers location was very nice and eye-catching on the inside. The outside needs some work with new signage that can be seen from the road. I passed by the establishment and had to go back because I could barely see the sign. Other than that, this is a great liquor store that offers a wide variety of spirits, beer, and wine. I would come here to buy beer or wine for a party. The staff is professional and has great knowledge of the products in the store. You will get a good selection at 21st Amendment wine and spirits!
