I love the company not this location. I will never go back to the location at Hamilton town center again. This is not the first time their staff members have trailed along giving so called customer service to me. I was only polite to them in spite of how they acted. I work in customer service myself so I know the tactics. I drive an hour and half to visit that location and have had this happen at least twice. There was absolutely no reason to treat me like this once let alone again. I spend at least 100.00 every time I make the trip but it will never happen again. I am a good person and would never take anything. You lost a good customer today I only with I had left all my stuff on your floor and walked out. read more

Good overall selection, but be prepared every time for a long check out experience. The cashiers are nice, but slow and oblivious to lines getting longer with no sense of urgency. I've only seen them call for extra help once, and they didn't show up while I was still in line. Expect an extra 15 minutes just for the check out. read more

Total Wine & More was a fun shopping experience initially, but the novelty is wearing off. Pros- -well stocked, good prices, nice staff Cons- -the points program is lame. Spend $500 to get a whopping 1% reward ($5) that cannot be used for alcohol purchases ...and it expires in 90 days. As incentives go, it's pretty poor. - each time I visit it seems like I see more of the store brand whiskeys and less of the other brands. Staff recommendations are clearly biased towards pushing the store brands. They alway say, "if you like 'insert name here' you'll love this!" Because I never find this to be true, I don't find the staff's opinions credible. Overall it's a good place to shop with good prices ... the main reason to visit. However, it comes with some hype that's a bit of a turn off. read more

I heard Noblesville had a new Total Wine location, so I wanted to check it out after dinner at Livery. I went in and it was not busy around 7:00 pm on a Sunday. The ambiance was the same layout as other Total Wine locations. They have free wine, beer, and spirit samples on the weekends, and the variety of wine, beer, and spirits is always impressive. I went ahead and picked up a couple bottles of wine on this visit. The rewards program is very worthwhile for Total Wine. If you spend enough money and accumulate enough points you can get a $5 reward off of your purchase. I will say the staff is always very helpful and professional at Total Wine, and they were very helpful at this Noblesville location. Total Wine is a great place to find the beer, wine, or spirits that you are looking for, and you can sample wine, beer, or spirits at the same time. This Noblesville location is a great addition to the Hamilton Town Center, and I'm sure it will do very well with business for years to come. read more

This is like the Costco of adult beverages! I absolutely love going here even though I'm only an occasional drinker these days. They have so many options that it can get overwhelming, but they have it laid out so well and there's never a shortage of employees available to help. Their app is also great for helping you find what you're looking for (aisle, row, bin/shelf). They've had items that stopped being carried at other places years ago! Definitely check them out if you're looking for gifts, stocking stuffers, or just a treat for yourself. read more

Going to Total Wine is like going on an adult field trip. I always find something new to try or learn about a new drink. It's just a fun atmosphere, and I love the ease of finding things and the convenience. There's an option for delivery (in app), curbside, and more. Introverts rejoice - if you want to find exactly where an item is, the app will tell you where to go to find it. Love that for me. If you like wine, beer or spirits, this is THE place to go. They have over 8,000 wines, 3,000 spirits and over 2,500 craft and regular beer. The prices are by far the BEST anywhere. First time here and it's just like any other total wine I've been two but a little smaller aisle wise. What I didn't expect was the beer cave/cooler to be smaller than the gas stations selection. I mean 3 maybe 4 cold ciders and a handful of beers. The beer cave/cooler at other total wines is at least 3x the size so I was disappointed when getting supplies for the superbowl party and the options were limited not becuase of being sold out but the size of the cooler. read more

Exciting total wine opened a store at Hamilton town sq!!! I've been to several and not been disappointed. Funny experience that entry door is to the left and several areas are swapped in locations compared to the Nora store. Nothing compares to the selection of spirits. Getting help to find something can sometimes be a challenge, but any employee I have ever asked has helped me. read more

I have been in your store several times I have found one manager that treats this one employee very bad. It is not respectful to berate an employee in front of costumers and other employees. That should be taken care of behind closed doors. I have watched this employee on several occasions she is a very hard worker. Do better. read more

Every time we go to Total Wine we leave a happy camper. Their cheap prices and great selection always impress us. Last time we were in, we were buying Tito's and a sales associate said that an off brand of "Tower Vodka" was cheaper, but he said it was made the same way. He gave us a sample and proved his point! So happy they finally opened one in HTC. I've been frequenting the Nora location since they opened. I love the variety and selection at Total Wine. Pricing is competitive as well. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I often use their app to figure out which aisle to find a certain item. They have an end cap advertising local wines and I always pick up a bottle of something. Today I tried some samples that prompted a purchase of a brand that is new to me. The employee referred to it as "Christmas In A Bottle" and that's the exact feeling it gave me. Purchases from this visit earned me a $5 reward in their loyalty program that can be used on non alcoholic items. read more

Been to this location before and had a great time, but our experience today ensures we will never go back. We drove 45 minutes from Muncie for the purpose of visiting Total Wine. My girlfriend and I were walking around, trying to find some spirits for a friend's birthday party. We're both 22, so obviously we're used to getting carded, but we hadn't had our IDs checked when we walked in. We had both been walking around for about 20 minutes when an employee, Rob, approached us to see if we needed help finding anything. We said we were good, but then he asked if my girlfriend was 21. She responded "yes, do you want to see my ID?" Rob said that he did, so she showed it to him. He said "Sorry, but you look 12". I understand that liquor stores need to check IDs for legal reasons, but the fact that Rob both only checked my girlfriend's ID AND insulted her by saying that a 22 year old woman looked like she was 12 years old is frankly appalling. If I had the ability to leave a 0 star review, I would. Had we not made the trip 45 minutes away, I would've left the cart (that contained $100 worth of product, by the way) and walked out of the store. We will never be back. If you are someone who prefers to not be insulted and humiliated by store employees, don't visit Total Wine and More in Noblesville. We informed our cashier of the incident as we left, hopefully she did something about it, but we don't know. It's a shame, because we really liked our first trip there, but I won't tolerate a store employee making comments about a customer's physical appearance when checking their ID. read more
