My long-term relationship with them speaks powerfully in regards to their work.

I am in my mid 30's and have never had a single cavity. After he filled two "cavities" I went back to my old dentist and had him take x-rays and check my teeth. He stated there were no cavities in my mouth, and what Dr. Duroseau did was he drilled out two discolored spots on my teeth, then billed the insurance company. I never went back. Each time I went in he always tried to upsell everything he had to offer, whether it was a special mouth wash, or special guards or fixing my bite (which is fine, and has been fine since I've been an adult with my adult teeth. My wife went to him in spite of my reservations about him, and sure enough; He drilled into her mouth to replace fillings she previously (calling them, "new cavities") had, that were fine. Her bite has been off since then and she has been back to see that crook several times to have it fixed. Each time she goes in he tries to sell her something new and tells her she has new cavities. My wife is crazy about her teeth and brushing and flossing, going to cleanings every six months, religiously. She too went to out old dentist and he said there were no new cavities. So, in short, this guy drilled into my wife's mouth to remove old fillings that were fine and replaced them (billing the insurance company). He did not put the stuff into the filling that removes the sensitivity because we didn't want to pay for another upsale. Come to find out, every other dentist does that as part of stand operating procedure. Do not go see him if you value your money, your time and mouth. You've been warned. The other 5 star ratings have got to be a hoax because while this man is very pleasant, he will do what ever it takes to make an extra buck. BEWARE. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.

The front desk staff and management appear disorganized, and basic communication is severely lacking. I experienced confusion, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. Patients deserve respect and clear communication, especially when it comes to their health. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. I would not recommend this clinic to others.

Shannon was very professional and her service was above expectation. The biggest complaint I have is that I walked out at 11:20 and went to the front lobby to inquire about my face massage. The front desk representative was less than helpful and just asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I looked through the reviews for this establishment and did see some similar complaints about a shortened service and a lack of Elevation service completely. It just feels as if I was ripped off and that's not a great feeling as a first time customer.
