At this point, the issue is the lack of professionalism and communication. Bridal services are time-sensitive, and it should not take weeks to answer basic questions about pricing and availability. If they were unavailable or simply not interested in providing the service, I would have completely understood. Instead, this has been dragged out for almost six weeks with long gaps in communication and no clear answer, leaving me unable to confidently move forward despite being "the best in the industry". I had my hair cut on Saturday by Nora, it was just us two that day. I'm so appreciative of her kindness because I got super lost trying to find the salon, my gps took me on a wild detour. This salon is very close to John Wayne airport & is located in a plaza with a bunch of suites with multiple other small businesses so it can get a little confusing finding your way around. I would say give yourself an extra 10 minutes to get here if it's your 1st time. As for Nora, she was super sweet, totally listened to what I wanted. She made sure prior to cutting that I was comfortable with the length & helped clear any hesitations I had. I felt comfortable trusting her professionalism, craft & recommendations. Her excitement & passion made me excited, I loved her energy. She was so fast & not in a way that felt rushed, but because she's just that talented. My hair cut came out to about $75 not including tip. I was able to use Zelle & tipped in cash. Normally there's an extra charge for a blow out, but I was ok without. She did a light drying of my hair so I didn't walk out with completely wet hair, which I appreciated, allowing my hair to show its natural texture with the haircut. He was able to bleach my hair from a super dark brown to platinum blonde, all while preserving the integrity of my hair. If you have a specific color in mind, he can work with you to achieve it but if you're also open to suggestions, he can create many different color combinations. I get so many compliments regarding the color of my hair, as well as how healthy it is. I appreciate that Andy has his own suite- the privacy and ambience of the salon is very chic.
