Freshta is the pixie guru! Honestly, I've been through the wringer with trying to find someone who can do pixie cuts. I've been to multiple barbers and was turned away by a hairstylist. It had gotten to the point where I was just kinda trimming my hair myself, because I lost confidence in professionals. Freshtsa is the best hairdresser I've ever had. She knew exactly what to do with my hair. I've very fine and frizzy hair and usually hairdressers just give me a straight haircut to not reduce volume. But Freshta gave me a fantastic haircut with layers and bangs and I absolutely love it! She understood that even though I had fine hair, it also had the tendency to get poofy on that back, so she very skillfully reduced the volume on just that area. She's a magician! I found Freshta on Yelp because I wanted to try a pixie undercut and she had great reviews for short haircuts. I had waist-length hair at the time and have never gone shorter than collarbone-length, so I was really nervous about getting a pixie, but Freshta reassured me she'd only cut a little bit at a time and we could decide together whether she should keep going, depending how comfortable I was with the length. In the end, I decided not to go full pixie, as she gave me a fantastic chin-length cut that really suited my face shape. It's been a little over 8 weeks since my haircut and it's grown out nicely. Freshta once again worked her magic on me. After several months of not seeing her, I was desperate to fix my dried out hair, grown out and faded red balayage. So I quickly contacted her and she was able squeeze me in rather soon on a Saturday at 3:30pm. When I arrived she was ready for me. She did a consultation before and told me what she will do to help it. I like that she was genuinely concerned about my hair and didn't want to mess it up. We agreed to do a reddish purplish color and to give it some life. Freshta custom made my color to make sure it was perfect. After she applied the color, she took some time to talk to me about my hair and answer any questions. I like that she has very good tips and recommendations. Once it was done developing, she took me to her comfortable sink area where she washed my hair and even gave it a treatment that brought my hair back to life. I even got a nice head massage out of it. After my blow dry, my hair was once silky again and the color was perfect. I told her I didn't want much cut off and she trimmed the perfect amount. I couldn't have been any happier. I even left with a great product she sold that will help my hair maintain it state.
