Each time I call the gentleman escalated it to someone else and still no response or additional notes on the account. At this point I may need to seek legal counsel because this is beyond ridiculous. TBH I don't even think I was treated that day my notes say I was treated by Alejandra and I was always treated by the same person- not Alejandra. Do not trust the billing dept they will give you the run around and you'll end up in collections despite having insurance!!

The staff and owners are all extremely friendly and helpful. There is a good atmosphere- everyone seems happy to be there. I worked with Sarah, Jessica, and Andreas. I liked that I had the opportunity to be seen by different therapists. They were all very capable and knowledgeable and happy to share what they know and answer questions. Most importantly, they helped me get better! In my few months there, I felt like I was getting a workout tailored just for me (which I was). I learned so much about what exercises I need to do to keep my body in good working order. Not only did they fix my back, but they helped me with a nagging hip pain that wasn't bad enough to send me to the dr. but was related to the back issue, and also helped me learn to walk the right way. The great thing is that now I know what to do when/if things go wrong again. I have a whole list of strength training exercises I can do at home tailored to what my body needs, and stretches too. I wouldn't hesitate to go here if you have any kind of physical ailment needing PT.

Communication needs improvement…read more I called early to say I was not feeling well (just had major orthopedic surgeries due to a hit and run accident - car on body - not car on car). I wanted to know if an appointment could be moved without triggering an insurance penalty / fine - because I'm a conscientious person and didn't want complications. Also called and left several messages requesting an answer to that question. I never got an answer so, despite not feeling well, I drove over (half hour each way given traffic) for the appointment. I arrived and found out they cancelled my appointment without telling me and gave it to someone else. Then they effectively made me out to be the bad guy if I requested they keep my scheduled appointment because the person to whom they gave my appointment was "elderly". Finally, they suggested I sit in the waiting room for an hour so they could "squeeze me in" later. As if they were doing me a favor. That was not workable. So an hour of rush hour driving and a day wasted - for nothing - because they couldn't return a phone call or email or text. Not awesome. Otherwise they seem like very nice people.

Her website was easy to navigate and I received a reminder email and a text with the codes to the building and bathrooms. The process was very warm and inviting which instantly calmed my nerves. We started with a quick chat on my needs, experience, expectations and goals for a successful acupuncture experience. Before disrobing, I had a quick check in about consent as this involves touching and being comfortable with potentially less clothing on if you choose to. We started with a heating pad and electric shock pads placed on my back then I was invited to lay on my back and needles were placed starting on my forehead and third eye all the way down my body. I was asked between music or meditation and choose meditation. It was so relaxing that I dozed off a few times during the 20ish minutes! Afterwards I flipped on my back where I got cupping. A light lotion was applied along with the cupping. That process was another 20 minutes long. After that. Was briefly chatted and she answered all my questions. Highlights of the experience included the constant and check ins. It was a two way dialogue about it and she was receptive to when I asked for more or less. Another highlight was the atmosphere. She truly made it a trustworthy experience that was physically reinvigorating as it was emotionally and spiritually. Will be going back!
