We stayed in one of the AirBNBs that Heather manages, in Echo Park. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Heather was very responsive to our questions. She sent all the info we needed to access the house, and let us know how to check out. One of the best things about this AirBNB was that we didn't have to do the extensive cleaning that AirBNBs sometimes require you do before you leave -- all we had to do was take the trash out. Heather went out of her way to solve the problem quickly and worked with both the owner and Airbnb to get the issue resolved for everyone. Long awaited update! It's been 9 months of Heather managing my Air BnB and I came back on to say how incredibly lucky I feel to have a found her. My Air BnB currently sits at a rating of 4.91 with Superhost status, thanks to how she treats the guests and how well the cleaning is taken care of. She actively manages the listing to make sure it's getting booked as much as possible with the best rates it could get booked for based off demand and the season. What makes her more extraordinary and the thing I'm most grateful for is how quickly she takes care of all the little emergencies that come up with managing a property from things breaking or needing replacement, wifi going out, power going out... calling whoever needs to be called at any hour to make sure the house and all it's amenities are running properly. Called to follow up, and got a curt response of "oh I haven't got a chance to look at it" then followed by a long pause without any explanation or next steps. I had a great experience staying with Heather and Gloria. The house itself was clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. But frankly that is a minimum of what I expect when I travel for work. Heather has a great team for anybody running an Airbnb. Her system is syncing up to your calendar and will automatically send cleaners on the day that you have a check out and check in. She is able to have the cleaning done between 11 a. M. And 3 p. M. And always makes it to the job, always is on time and my customers always seem to be very happy. I wasn't sure what to expect, especially with different people coming nearly every time, but I was happily surprised. All the staff were friendly and courteous, they did a very good job and were quite efficient. They have a somewhat quality control as they have to photograph their work and report back to their headquarters with them before they leave, so they are aware that they can't make big mistakes or miss things. It took me a little time to learn the booking and billing procedure but then I'm dafter than normal, and apart from the changing staff each time ( have to clue them into our particular ways), I would give a five star. The only reason I stopped was because our regular cleaner (and friend) had recovered from an operation and wanted to return. Recommended and I don't think you'll regret hiring them. read more

I'm very surprised by all of the positive reviews, because our experience with Heather & co. was REALLY bad. Earlier this year my fiançee & I hired Heather to clean two of our Airbnbs while out of town for a few months, and they couldn't seem to handle our two tiny studio apartments. As a Superhost for several years, I've had almost all 5-star reviews and have had them on auto-pilot. There was one problem after another with the Heather's cleanings...resulting in reviews of unclean apartments, keys left in the wrong units, cleaners somehow unable to get the keys to work, and WORST of all, the cleaners threw away hundreds of dollars worth of bathroom products, food, drinks, amenities (lots of which were unopened!) and things we leave for our guests! I'm talking expensive shampoos, conditioners, lotions, sunblocks, etc etc...without even asking us! Heather even reviewed the listings before taking over, so she could see what we offer...& all of these amenities were listed and pictured in our listings. My fiançee & I spent so much time, money and thought to make our apartments very comfortable and convenient with these items, and they just threw everything away! Furthermore, when questioned about these things, she was very defensive and said the cleaners are trained to throw away open food and such. Ok, but to literally go through and throw EVERYTHING away that we so conscientiously left for our guests?! These extras are always appreciated by the guests and praised in our reviews. All gone ugh. When we spoke with Heather she still continually defended her cleaners instead of taking responsibility for their ineptitude and mistakes. When we asked for her to replace the items that were thrown away, she sent a very rude, obscure email saying that it wasn't a good fit and sorry that we didn't see the value in their services that our guests did... ??? Our reviews and everything suffered because of their inability to do a good job! And cleaning is all they had to do! Mindblown. In addition, Heather was often condescending on the phone like she knew it all and do not question anything, and often just wouldn't return calls or answer questions regarding upcoming cleanings. I've had inexperienced friends do a much better job cleaning my Airbnbs, compared to their supposedly "professional services". What a stressful, time-consuming and detrimental waste of time hiring Heather's Angels. I look forward to reading the false claims Heather will state in her response to this review. Then when it was ready to be cleaned Gloria did an incredible job. I walked in after she was done cleaning it felt like an entirely new place. We have been using Heather's service to manage our 2 airbnb properties for the last six months, and we couldn't be happier! My husband and I moved to Mexico semi-permanently and so we now manage our properties from there. However, this would DEF not be possible if we didn't have Heather and her team in our lives. Having her platform sync up directly with our airbnb calendar is a dream and the fact that she handles our laundry as well makes working with her a complete no brainer. She and her team are always super quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns as well. I used to attempt to clean our airbnb by myself, and it became​ too overwhelming! I have used Heather and her team for more than four years now​ and highly recommend them. Scheduling is automated and super easy so you never have to be concerned about forgetting a cleaning. Cleaning is done​ between 11am and 3pm, which is necessary if you have frequent bookings. I'm very happy that I've found Heather and her team few months ago, if I'm not mistaken on Airbnb community forum. I host few Apartments and I always thought that nobody can take care of my Apartments and prepare them for guests better than me :) I was wrong :) I live bicoastal and when I'm not in LA I can totally trust Heather's team, the cleaners she works with do the perfect job, very attentive to details, which are so important for vacation rental businesses. They take for consideration all my wishes and instructions. They always warn me when something in the Apartment is running out. I haven't had extraordinary situations but I'm sure if that happens - I can count on their help. What I also like a lot that they don't do laundry in your building, they take it with and bring it for the next cleaning, nice clean and folded, you just need to keep additional bed lines set. It saves a lot of time between check-out and check-in. And the price for laundry is already included in the service. And their prices in generally pretty reasonable for the level of service they provide. Giving 5 stars. read more
