Their Preventative Maintenance program is second to none. The price is affordable and the service provides great value in keeping your units running efficiently. In December 2025, I purchased a new furnace and condensation pump from this company for over $4,000. Just a short time later, the condensation pump stopped pumping water properly. I contacted Heating and Cooling Solutions, and they sent a technician to my home. The technician determined that the plastic drain tube they had originally installed was too long. They simply cut the tube shorter to correct the problem. Despite this being an issue with their original installation, I was charged a $129 service call fee plus an additional $150 for approximately 15 minutes of work. I called the owner, Todd, to ask why this repair wasn't covered under the warranty, especially since the condensation pump had just been installed by their company. Instead of standing behind their work, I was told that I should have been performing "preventive maintenance." I find it unacceptable to be charged nearly $300 to correct what appears to have been an installation issue. A company that installs equipment should stand behind its workmanship, especially on a recently installed system. Instead, I was left feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that I was being charged for their mistake. This experience has left me completely disappointed. I expected much better customer service and integrity after spending thousands of dollars with this company. Unfortunately, I feel these business practices are unfair, and I will not be using or reccomending Heating and Cooling Solutions again.

Deceptive business practices!! A couple of years into solar…read morepanel ownership. Here's some things they don't tell you when they sell you a system for $25,000. Your warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Whenever there is an issue with your system, you will get a notification that tells you there's an issue, but doesn't tell you what the issue is, that requires a technicians visits which is $180 I recently had a panel that is under performing, which, after a technicians visit deemed to be a manufacturers defect. So my kick ass warranty should cover this right? Wrong! The manufacturer will replace the panel, but I'll have to pay for shipping, which is approximately as much as a brand new panel would cost. Also, I have to pay for a technician to install the replacement panel. So when the sales person sells you peace of mind that the warranty will cover you - don't believe a word of it. I have long recommended solar panels to my friends. I have also long recommended not going near this chop shop enterprise. They are Temu version of what a solar company should be. Project management is a joke. See my earlier review for that debacle. Product support is an even bigger joke. I wish I could give zero stars.

The heat produced along with the incredible efficiency is beyond compare. The most important part of Burlington Fireplace's design and service is safety. I burn about two full cords/year of kiln-dried oak. Heat is really important. Safety and lack of fear is too. And, by-the-way, when Burlington Fireplace comes to inspect, clean, and maintain the fireplace and chimney, their service representatives, like Jeff, be assured, they are tidy and generous in explaining what they do.

I want to warn others about the solar panel company Sunrun, due to my bad experience with them…read more After almost a year of requesting repairs, they finally fixed my panels, but in the meantime, they kept sending a technician every month without solving anything. Now, on top of that, they are also breaking the contract. The contract clearly stated that the monthly payment would increase by 3% each year. However, in addition to applying that 3% increase, they also added an extra $7.81 monthly charge without my authorization, violating the terms of the agreement. This company does not honor its own contracts and only looks for ways to take more money from consumers. I strongly advise being very cautious before doing business with them.
