I have purchased 14 heaters from this company. a couple years after my initial installation in 2019 they started burning out. I have had numerous electricians run all the tests that heating green asked for and my electrical connections are not the problem. I had several warranty replacements since the heaters are testing as faulty. After a certain number of warranty replacements they start asking for multiple visits from electricians to do other tests and really giving you the run around. The warranty is useless when you consider the cost of electrical work to jump through all the hoops of testing the heaters and having them disconnected/reinstalled. For the price of these panels I'm really frustrated and disappointed with them. I will not recommend this company to any other yoga studio, or for any other application. read more

I used these guys for my first yoga studio with amazing results. The heaters arrived without any problems and both Jeff and Adam were pleasant and accommodating. So, upon opening a second yoga studio, I naturally went with the same company..I already knew the product and had developed a relationship with the staff. To ship heaters to Hawaii usually takes around 2 weeks, so I planned ahead and ordered them 4 weeks before I needed them. Earlier in the week (around 3 weeks after I had placed the order), I checked in with the company to see when I could expect them. Unfortunately, an error was made, and the heaters had never even been ordered!!!! My business had a set opening date and everything was riding on the final piece of the puzzle: the heaters. Naturally, I was super stressed about this...it could take another 2 weeks for them to get here! Not to worry, dear readers! Jeff (the owner) saved the day and completely rectified the mistake. He rushed the delivery and had everything to me in a few days and my business opened on the the anticipated date. So for my Third studio, I decided to go with them again as I'd already used them twice and I felt I could trust that they honored their word. Big mistake. Due to the confusion the second time, I had an extensive conversation with one of their employees about Heater arrival times BEFORE I ordered them. I explained that I would set my opening date around the heaters arrival, so once they gave me an estimated date, I would announce an opening date based on that. I was told by one of their employees that the heaters would "conservatively" take 2-3 weeks to get to me. Upon payment of the heaters I was assured they would take less than 3 weeks to arrive. I never received a tracking number even though I emailed and called multiple times, so assumed everything was good to go. However, I called the company yesterday (3 weeks after I had placed my order) to check on the heaters and they conveyed to me that they won't be arriving for at least another week, which also happens to be AFTER I had set my opening date. I called the company and spoke with Heather, who was VERY dismissive of me and not accommodating. She said I could pay $2,500 to overnight the heaters plus a 25% restocking fee. No other option for a solution. Plus she told me that heating green doesn't actually guarantee an arrival date. Ok.....so why say that the heaters would arrive in a certain time frame? Plus, it looks as though the heaters didn't even begin shipping to me until almost a week AFTER I ordered them, and then they weren't on a plane until 3 days ago. Seems like someone made another mistake of not ordering the heaters... Another employee later called me to say "sorry" for the confusion. That he had meant a conservative estimate in a different way. But this "confusion" greatly effects my business as I am now forced to open without heaters. They have not offered to compensate me or assist in any way with this mistake. The MOST disappointing factor in this is that I have been a loyal customer of theirs since they were run by the owner and another employee. Even when they made a mistake on my second order, I STILL went with them because I believed that they had integrity and follow through. Now that they have grown in size, it seems as though they don't care about me or my business anymore. Buyer beware. It means so much to me to work with a company that holds value in the longevity of their clientele. If this is the way they value my business, then This is the last time I use Heating Green. read more

Do NOT do business with Heating Green!! They are ABSOLUTELY scam & dishonest!! Jeff claims he walks with Jesus that made me trust his recommendation on the products he sells. First of all every parts have arrived from several different factories at different days. Therefore it was so confusing to keep tracking which parts are for what. Secondly I wanted a heat panel that would give me an instant heat before I take a shower and keep me warm after getting out of it. I CLEARLY explained Jeff it would be problem if it would take an hour to heat it up. He said no worries on that. Although the heater ran for 4 hours, it doesn't get warmer than 68 degrees as he told me it would heat up in 10 minutes at high temperature. He also recommended options between ray and cove heat panels. As a customer, of course I didn't have any knowledge about their products so I had to rely on his recommendation. So I picked the ray heat panel because of its flat shape that can be installed on a ceiling not because I knew the product. Matthew an owner is the worst!!! He said I picked the ray heat panel when Jeff was giving me an option between Ray & Cove heat panels, so he said it is my responsibility?!!! None sense!! I spent over $600 for fees for installation and patching up two holes on walls & paint them over afterwards. All I want is their prepaid postage label & full refund. Matthew said I ought to ship it at my cost and lose 20% restocking fees. That is wrong!! Heating Green will need to pay for the damaged to my brand home because I received a wrong item. Jeff didn't have an integrity & honesty to tell me they don't carry an instant heat when I was shopping at their website but he was just greedy to sell anything to me. When I brought an attention to Matthew regarding it, he sent me email with photos of different heat panel that would give me an instant heat and told me the current one Jeff had sent wouldn't do for my need. But he still refuses to give me a full refund. Pretty greedy!!! If you are in a situation like me, talk with your credit card company. They will do the back-charge for you and put a red flag on their business. read more

I take no pleasure in giving a negative review and try not to but in this case, I feel I must hopefully alert others. I am noticing a trend in looking deep into the reviews of Heating Green that follows my experience. If there are any problems this company refuses to take responsibility at all. "Oh, it's your fault", "It's your electrician", "we will check with the supplier" but in no way will they take any responsibility and truly service their clients. Their product is good and available at many stores, I chose to give support to a smaller local company. My mistake - in looking back I see several negative reviews that add up to the fact that this company is fine if everything goes well but the true heart of a business shows up when there are problems and their handling of them. They just do not. I had my electrician call them, I asked several times for some help and made suggestions of how they might. Return calls were few and never positive other than to blame someone else in the chain. If any problems arise do not expect any help from this company. read more

We are very happy with our ceiling panels. They keep us warm in Montana without ducts, no huge furnace to take up floor space. No baseboard heaters either to take up floor space or catch dust (no change of a fire to start there). More house for us to use. Oh yes, each room can have a different temperature. Works for us. One to add heat to a bathroom that didn't have a heater and 2 for my large living room that wasn't adequately being heated by the old baseboard heater we had installed decades ago. This place is a scam. I talked to Jeff over the phone and ordered heaters specifically for hot yoga. We put the order in in November 2013.... they sent us the wrong heaters 4 months later in February. We paid to have them installed and found out they were the wrong heaters when they only heated the room up to 70 degrees. We had to pay to have them uninstalled and pay to ship them out and were told we would be refunded because they sent us the wrong heaters. We had to pay for the shipping for the correct heaters to be sent to us which FINALLY came in May 2014. We paid for the new heaters to be installed.... and then we were told that we weren't getting ANY refund because the heaters had been used. NO SHIT they were used... the wrong heaters were sent to us and installed and we were told to uninstall them and ship them back so we could get refunded for the error. AWFUL experience. Huge waste of time and money.... really really really tough for a brand new yoga studio. I really regret using this company. Opening a business would have been much easier without their financial burden. read more
