We discovered this place a couple of months ago and have been going in at least once a week since. The ice cream is clean. The flavors are amazing and refreshing. I don't mind paying premium prices for premium products. I mind buying pints, getting them home and finding that my pints aren't FULL. While there what I have observed, is that they don't fill your pint when they are running lower on product. This is a forecasting issue. They need to be better at predicting what their needs are going to be. 10 plus per pint is exorbitantly expensive if the pint is full, in the event it isn't full it is completely unreasonable. I mentioned it the other day and got attitude over it to which I just stopped tipping them. But hey, they're clearly busy enough that they don't care if they lose patronage, which they did tonight on 4 skimped pints. After having read through the 1 star reviews it seems, I don't have a unique experience. Shocking. read more

Heaven Creamery is very unique because the scoops they offer have fresh fruit pieces on top like strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, lemon zest, pineapple!! They had Tape shaped like an X on the ground that enforced a 6 feet distance and staff were masked and gloved. The dining area was open at the time we visited in the first wave of Covid. This was back in August of 2020. I got a sample of the Birthday Cake, which tasted just like birthday cake, but I was craving something more with fruit or extra chocolate in it. I ended up ordering a Salted Caramel and a Tiramisu flavor for $8.00 each. Heaven Creamery is located in the Southlands Mall outside shopping center. It was not crowded when we stopped in and we enjoyed the flavors of the ice cream. I stopped in for the first time to get a dessert for my boyfriend and I to share. We ordered the churro sundae to go, which was very tasty. The churros were warm and made fresh. I wish we would have chosen to eat there because in the ten minutes it took us to get home, the ice cream was pretty melted (not the creamery's fault by any means!) The ambiance was very clean and they had a ton of ice cream, gelato, and sorbet options. I don't understand all the 4 & 5 star reviews. They are what lead me to Heaven creamery, and now I'm very disappointed. I think they keep the product to cold...not sure. It was not creamy like ice cream or gelato are supposed to be, it crumbled...very odd. And, it tasted grainy. We tried the Vegan and the gelato, 3 flavors total. 2 were grainy, the vegan crumbled, and the on gelato that was creamy did not have a rich flavor. Have you ever had gelato in Italy? Not worth the hype or the wait. My biggest concerns are with their current sanitation practices during a pandemic. They have a sign on the front door that says "masks required" and something about social distancing and the number of people allowed inside. However, all the employees allowed a male customer to order and stand inside for about five minutes WHILE HE REPEATEDLY TOUCHED HIS FACE AND MOUTH THEN THE GLASS. I finally asked an employee to ask the kid to put his mask on (which he wore incorrectly). There was also a dirty table with a tray, used cup, and utensils. The table stayed untouched the entire time I was inside. They also allow people to dine inside. There's absolutely no air circulation in the store besides the air coming in and out of the front door. With ice cream and ingredients out in the open, it made me extremely uncomfortable. There were certainly more than 15 people inside at one time, which is contradictory to the sign on the door. Although there are tables outside, THEY ARE NEVER CLEANED. People waited for upwards of 30-35 minutes at times. Because the line is so long, you feel pressured to order as quickly as possible and get out. As a first time patron, I didn't get to ask any questions and just ordered whatever sounded good. The sticky rice mango coconut thing was mediocre at best. The chocolate coconut milk ice cream was decent. The popsicles seem like the best thing on the menu but I would've liked one that was dipped or with toppings. As previously mentioned, I had no time to ask questions and customize my order. All in all, I won't be back anytime soon. It's the lack of organization, sanitation, and management for me... I feel like this place is bound to have an outbreak of Covid. read more

My husband did try one of their more floral flavors (lavender...something) and it was a very potent flavor. I had the avocado pop half dipped in dark chocolate with some nuts. We love this place. The dairy ice cream is delicious. And they have the largest selection of non-dairy ice creams made with coconut milk or other non-dairy milks. Usually, my husband, who's lactose intolerant, has a choice of 1 or 2 sorbets at most ice cream shops. But at Heaven Creamery, he has a choice of as many non-dairy flavors as I have of dairy flavors. And both are delicious. I do wish they offered sprinkles or chocolate chips as toppings; that's my only complaint. But in the scheme of things, that's pretty minor. read more

You know what disappointing, driving out of your way for some amazing vegan deserts but then leaving with nothing. I feel bad for even putting a bad review but I'm a bit frustrated with the situation on hand that happened to us and I wonder if it had something to do with strict rules and who we had servicing us or identity of who we are. So to explain what happened was my husband and I decided to end our date night with some awesome desert recommended to us so again drove out of our way for trying this new AWESOME place, which I know has awesome deserts cause people talk about it. We each had two samples and asked for one more because the ones we had we didn't like. When we asked for one more we were told two was the max. Our friends before and customers on hand while there received more then two samples each. Our friends have been repeat customers here and never had an issue with the sample tasting. Yet we come out of our way for a tasty treat and are turned down after two samples, I don't even live in centennial.... There are no signs explaining that nor were we told before we starting asking for samples. Just after the two sorry customers I can only give you two. We stepped back and we're about to order a wild card guess of what we may like since we made the drive out but my husband was so bothered he goes no, they lost my business. A small sample is a small cost to cover the price of what you pay for a desert. Gas isn't cheap, yet I wanted to have a memorable first date night in 6 months.... And my satisfaction to having an amazing treat would been easy had I gotten what I wanted... overall it was just bad customer service. I hope you don't have the same experience I received but what I can tell you is some ice cream good and some not so much but the smoothness of the vegan ones was good from my whole two samples I had received. The place is in a shopping mall area so great foot traffic. The place inside appeared well clean. So overall everything appeared great but my trip ended not so great. I'm super bummed about it and it's hard to forget getting treated this way when others around you got more then two samples but I wasn't about to create a huge fuss since she was insistent with her facial expression and then asked if she could proceed to the next customer right after turning us down on a 3rd sample. Absolutely love this place!!! It's so good with so many options. There are vegan options, non-dairy, and dairy options! From coffee to popsicles and other goodies, you name it and they got it. I absolutely love their charcoal vanilla ice cream and their mango pops. I loved their mango sweet rice as well. This really is the perfect spot for desserts. I have been dairy free for two decades and gluten free for over a year, and for the first time since I was a kid I got to relive the sheer joy of a perfect ice cream cone at this place. I nearly wanted to cry with happiness because of how good my strawberry ice cream cone was - my childhood favorite! The vegan ice cream was super creamy and delicious without being overly sweet and the gluten free cone was thin and crisp and stayed intact (a challenge with all things gluten free). I didn't try any of the other flavors but the vegan variety was expansive and I look forward to trying all of them eventually. My son got the "heaven" flavor ice cream that was very a pretty periwinkle color and he really liked it. The line moved a little slow because a lot of people in front of us were ordering the more labor intensive desserts, such as the piña colada served in a pineapple, and they only had one person working up front.
