i normally love this place and i always get taken care of by lisa but on friday the man they have there did my pedicure and idk what he was doing but in the clean up he sliced into my nail and toe and now i cant walk and there's puss coming out of my toe. i was supposed to go on a date friday night and i couldn't bc my toe is so swollen. i hate complaining about services but honestly my foot is messed up. my date thankfully is an emt firefighter and helped me clean it out. 9/10 toes look fabulous but at what cost. read more

I will admit, this place can be a hit or miss but this isn't a bad place! These reviews seem to only highlight bad reviewers. They're not a super fast place but they'll do their best to give you the best service. From experience, I recommend overly explaining what you want. LFirst time coming here. Went in to get a pedicure, French tip. I wanted to like this place but I'm unsure. To begin, while I was getting my feet done, one of the workers was getting all the little towels from the dryer. She dropped 1 towel on the floor, picked it up and added it to her clean pile. Also, the woman doing my pedicure was rushing and she cleaned/cut my right toenail thoroughly but didn't do it for my left foot. I was the only one there so not sure why she was rushing. The French tip lines were uneven but I could see that that was her best so it wouldn't get better. It was decent but not the greatest. The girl who was giving her a Manicure must have been inexperienced since she cut her on 5 different fingers. My review is only for Pedicure. We came in 3 and all of us wanted a pedicure to remove the calluses. They used a mini sponge for 30 seconds each foot. One of the three had the razor taken to the heels to shave the calluses, but since they didn't smooth it afterwards, the next day they looked sliced up, and worse off.. If you are young, and your priority is painted nails and the experience, then this place might be for you. If you're looking for heel care, perhaps You'd be better off else where. Ladies also chat amongst themselves in their own language. I know this is common, but personally it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. read more

This place is called heaven nails & spa but my experience here was more like hell. Came here for a quick pedicure and didn't look at the reviews first to see all the negative reviews, bad on my part. They prepared water for me but the man doing my nails never let me soak my feet. He began cutting my cuticles, or at least trying to cut them because he cut my damn toe. Then he put alcohol on once he saw the blood THENN in the water my feet finally went. He also painted my toes like 8 times?? I understand I asked for white paint but - 8 times?? On top of the horrible job they did, they still charged me the full spa experience for doing below the bare minimum and won't refund me even HALF the amount I paid. My toe is now continuing to bleed and is beginning to get swollen. Go anywhere else, even if you're in a rush just save yourself the frustration. This place shouldn't be open to customers. read more

I hate to do this, but... my partner and I went in for a mani and pedi. First, the male technician who attended my partner didn't have much of a personality, looked annoyed, miserable, and did a poor job on his pedi. We asked for buff, and the male technician with the regular pedicure said "no more" when he asked for buffing the toenails. My partner and I looked at each other confused. If I could, I would give this place zero stars! They judge and talk about you in their language as soon as you walk into the salon. They also don't take criticism very well, even though you are paying for the service. I asked the man helping me out nicely to clean my cuticles better, and he proceeded to do it roughly. I walked out without finishing my pedicure, and they charged me full price as the lady beside me who had color and everything done. Don't go to this place unless you want to walk out unsatisfied and be around flys everywhere. HORRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. F this place and that horrible man working there. Like wtf! Then my bf confronts the lady and she has the AUDACITY to lie and say "I told her $15"! Why would I lie about that?? If I'm told a price initially then I will go along with that, but don't go on and lie and change up the price! If it was an accidental slip and maybe those were the prices then say that but don't lie and tell me "that's not what I told her." Definitely no integrity. I really wanted to like this place since my sister had recommended it to me. She usually sees Annie so I called ahead and made my appointment with Annie. I had asked for a 630pm appointment but she said she could only take me at 7pm. I agreed. I arrived, Annie asked me to be seated on the spa chair, I did. She tells another lady to take the gel off. This lady had to be told multiple times how to remove gel. She didn't know how to do that. I doubt she is licensed. Another man comes, with what looks like fungus on his nails and proceeded to do the gel mani. All while Annie is taking someone else (walk in) after I had made my appointment specifically with her. I was cut on my toes, no cuticles was removed. I had dust stuck to my legs since everything was done backwards and it looks like my 5 year old niece painted my nails. I won't even show my toes since I'm so embarrassed. 75$ on trash! Never again! Stay away, I promise you. read more

Manicure and when done she was charging me $25. I asked why if I was told $20 then she said - gel take off! I give this place zero stars! I took my daughter to get a very short set of acrylic nails two weeks ago. Plain with no decoration just glitter powder. I was charged $55. The girl that did her nails seemed really nervous. I wouldn't be surprised if I found out she wasn't licensed. After just one week the nails began to completely fall off. I called and was told that acrylic nails need a fill after two weeks. They never addressed the nails that fell off before that. What a joke! Take your business elsewhere! read more

I saw some long claws on the floor (not talking about acrylics here) mind you it was the end of the day, but it looked like it been there for days. I went in for just a pedi and saw past everything once I got the bill it was $27 for a regular pedi not including tip. I was mind blown especially because the water for my pedi COLD. I finally ask for some sandals so I can leave and she acts like she didn't hear me and finally after the 4th time she says "let dry" so I can put my own sandals. Um no.. I did not just pay for a cold pedi for $27 and not myself those .10 cent sandals. I've been going to this nail salon for many many years since I was a child & as an adult now I was treated so horrible by this guy who did my nails. He yelled at me for not understanding him & proceeded to give me attitude because I had removed a bug that he just let it be on my nail. Even when he saw it, he still didn't remove it so I had to because it was gross. And not only that he yelled at me again because I didn't understand that he wanted me to go wash the dust of my hands. I'm very disappointed that I experienced this for my first time in this nail salon. Now I'm so afraid of going to other nail salons because of what happened.
