If you're going to charge me, at least do the work! This lady does the facials at this location. She gave me her name, but I don't remember and don't want to give a false name. She does have a lot of filler in her face, but that's the only way I can fully identify her. I understand the economy and how hard it is to make a living, but please don't add a scrub if I didn't ask for it and it wasn't a part of the package I intentionally asked for and please don't add an additional 5 minutes to a 10 minute additional massage I agreed to. So horrible! I always come here for a simple pedicure, because who can mess that up all you have to do is paint the nails! Every time I come, something is off, they file way too much. The nails are slanted or something else is wrong. My mom came in on Sunday and was cut horribly! Her toe was bleeding as she left and when she wiped she was missing a huge chunk of nail/skin! You are not professional pediatrists you should NOT be digging into a nail under any circumstances! My mom told you she was in pain and they kept going! Before I left I noticed the gel on my big toe was wrinkly and bubbly, instead of it being fixed my nails we're slightly filed and I was sent on my way. Not even THREE days later the gel is peeling. It's seems she just slathered really thick layers probably to avoid multiple layers since I got white. Not sure if the peeling is due to the application or the quality of their products, but I always get gel pedis and they last me a month or more!! 3 days and this is the result. Such a waste of money. I also got short gel x, I requested short round and she applied medium square and filed / shaped away. Gel x is not meant to be filed or shaped that's why they are pre shaped. She proceeded to over file them to an ugly almond shape( not what I asked for) the end result was not cute at all due to bad application ( the nail is lifted away from my nail bed due to too much glue at the tips) and ugly shape. Due to the over filing they are thin and one nail already chipped a little. I was charged 125 in total- which she said 75 of that was for the short gel x which is over priced compared to other local salons. I'm assuming she charged me extra for shaping which is actually odd for them to do, I didn't get what I wanted and I got charged extra due to their lack of supply. I came here simply because they were open Sunday and I really needed my nails done. I'm not picky when it comes to nail salons at all, but I will never come here again! read more

I got my nails done here 3 days ago and I was left satisfied! I'm an anxious nail biter who's in the process of trying to quit the habit so my nails are obviously short. Therefore I'm not used to having longer nails so I decided on getting the dip powder. I regret not getting the nail technician's name, but she was friendly and did an amazing job considering how short my nails are. I asked for square shaped nails without giving too much length and she did exactly that! The reason for the 4 stars is because she kind of rushed through it because it was close to closing time. I really like this salon, Sara does a good job and the prices are pretty reasonable. I am very picky, I need to have great looking nails. I'm a model and a singer and important for me to have beautiful long nails. I've been to several salons in this area and did not approve. Horrible job at full set acrylics. Had my nails done on 3-23. By 3-26, nails were looking like a mess. Called them back. they said they would fix it. Drove to the salon only to be told that they would need to charge me to fix my nails because they don't guarantee their work unless it's gel. That is ridiculous. Acrylic regular nails should not look this bad in three days. They are greedy and money hungry with absolutely no sense of professionalism. This place is a hit or miss. I only get simple gel manicures and pedicures here, nothing else. Sometimes they do a great job and other times they are in a complete rush to get you out that they do a half assed job. I used to love this place UNTIL new management took over at the beginning of 2016. I've been here a few times since, but I'm done. The service is terrible. Don't even bother making an appointment, they don't honor your time. Also, I made an appointment so my best friend and I could both get manicures at the same time and that didn't happen. The women did one at a time. Totally defeated the purpose of me having girl time with my BFF. I recently went in for a gel manicure and the gel polish cracked within an hour of leaving. I didn't do anything but drive. I didn't wash my hands. I didn't play with sandpaper. I didn't grind my nails against a wall. I just drove. The women rushed me the entire appointment and wouldn't even let me keep my nails under the light a full 60 seconds. I kept refusing to remove my hand until the full 60 seconds was up and she forcibly remove my hand or would lift the light off my hand. When I came to get a full set removed the woman literally tried to pry them off by shoving an orange stick between my nail and the acrylic. I was not happy and she soaked them off (although she was unhappy about it). She didn't even remove all of it. My nails where uneven and in much pain. The pedicures are ok. My only issue is they don't really give you any time to soak your feet. They just get down to business. Not a big deal, but really annoying as it's not relaxing. The new owners/staff keep trying to upsell worse than I've seen in a while. If I just want a simple manicure they don't shut up about making it gel or suggesting a pedicure. They don't just ask one time, they ask throughout the entire service. It's annoying and poor customer service. Also, when I was there for a gel manicure recently, there were two friends who went in for pedicures. I guess they pulled a bait n switch on those BFF's too. The worker said she could accommodate two pedicures but instead she did one customer at a time. When the first friend finished her pedicure the worker tried to start on the second friend and she politely told the worker she no longer wanted a pedicure. The worker essentially tried to pick a fight with the customer. These workers are very unprofessional and clearly more focused on volume than customer experience/service. This place used to be a gem until the new management took over. I wouldn't be surprised if their Yelp rating starts to drop. Most of the positive reviews are from the previous ownership. I would not recommend this place for nails! But if you insist on trying it out, be aware they charge $1 for paying with a debit or credit card. You can tip on a card but you need to tell them in advance. read more

I came here today for a pedicure with my sister. Lovely, clean salon. Their decor is also really nice and classy. The spa chairs are comfortable, parking was easy and it's close to home :) I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and I'm so glad I finally had the chance to. Prices are reasonable: $30 for both of us with first-timers discount. The staff is really nice and welcoming. And they actually talked to us! Lol. Most of the time, at some other salons, I find it rude when they speak in a different language. But this staff is friendly and fun. They also offer wax/threading services, hair/makeup services and facials. They did a great job on our pedicures and had a wide selection of colors :) I plan on making more happy returns.
