DO NOT go here!! First of all, when I went in there's 3 workers and one person getting nails done. Why did I wait... in total an 1hour for a pedicure? my manicure was done took about 20mins then waited 30mins. Mind you the man doing my manicure started when the lady did. The lady finally started my pedicure then stopped and sat somewhere else doing absolutely nothing. then another lady continued my pedicure then walked away?? THEN they were just chit chatting while I sat there with a manicure done still waiting on my pedicure I just ended up getting up and telling them I was leaving cause it was ridiculous. And the First Lady that started my pedicure tried to push back into the seat. I had to tell her TWICE not to touch me. Just awful service I ended up getting up and just leaving they tried to get me to pay for the pedicure I didn't even get. Homegirl really said "I'll charge you $35 since get no color" nah bitch. I do not recommend this nail salon due to overpricing and were rushing through my nails. They ended up cutting my index finger and the French tips were not even. They charged me $68 for these when there signs had stated $45 for French tips. They did try to fix them but they just didn't come out looking like how I asked for them. read more

Terrible customer service, constant rude comments, long wait time, prices extremely high. My experience was when I arrived I noticed it wasn't busy at all, but they made me wait 30 mins anyway until I said something then stalled for 10 more minutes. They started on my fill and charged me $26 dollars. Plus $3 extra to file my nails down a tiny bit from what they were before. Beware gel is $15 extra. All of the add ons REALLY add up. I would definitely never recommend. I also noticed the lady next to me doing someone's pedicure and did not take the proper procedures to clean or sanitize the tools. I love this nail salon! They have upgraded it once again. It has a real salon-type feel now. The pedicure chairs are new and comfortable. They have one area that is dedicated solely to nail polish, with shelves and it gives a proper presentation of all the colors available (which is A LOT!). They work better on a walk-in basis and I usually call ahead to ask for the wait time. I'm also really happy with this salon because they were one of the few in my area that were open on Easter Sunday. This is by far the worst establishment in the city of Sun Valley. There is nothing hollywood about this nail salon. More like skid row nails. I felt uncomfortable the entire time there. Why are there towels on the sofas you sit on? Couldn't help but feel for some of the workers, i truly felt they were there by force human trafficking almost. Besides that, everything felt outdated as if it was the 90s. Main woman who greets customers would not stop talking. I am not there to socialize or make friends or talk about what other nail salons do and the difference between the two. Be quiet. Let me close my eyes and please clean my nails. End of story. I'm reluctant to even post this review because that means i have to give them 1 star to post when it should be -5 stars. For everyone who likes this place i really wonder why? It was a janky, ghetto, sweatshop atmosphere with people yelling across the room the entire time. What can you possibly like about that? Last but def not least the price. 2 people $80. LOL okay. I used to come here a lot however the last experience I had has left me to never want to return. I made an appointment I was not a walk in for gel nails. They sat me down right away and began to take off my gel nails from before. One hand in my lady left me for 15/20 minutes to sit someone else down and start on them. It was a busy day for them and many people kept walking in. I then decided to ask the lady why I was just sitting there and asked her to finish because I had a party later on and she apologized and had someone else assigned to me since she seemed to be busy. The lady that was then assigned to me soaked off my other nails and LEFT ME AGAIN just like the other lady. My nails still weren't polished and 40 minutes had passed. I then got up and said that I was going to leave but they wanted me to stay and we're gonna do the job which they did. When I left not even an hour after my appointment my nails already chipped off. They offer manicures & pedicures and they'll pretty much wax anything chewbacca asks them to. There is a team of girls here but every one seeks Mrs. Kim, especially for eyebrow waxing. She runs this mother effer. A teeny tiny thing, she sits upfront, always greeting everyone as they walk in, answering the phone, taking appointments. She's even taken me in really really late once. My experience was terrible. I took my daughter for her birthday because it was across the street from where we had brunch. I took my son also as he plays a lot of sports and needed a pedicure. We sat down on these oversized chairs where they bring the plastic lined tubs to you... that should have been my exit cue. They half filed the gel I had on and had me put my fingers in acetone. They started on our feet and my daughter's hands. After a few minutes they tell me she wants 2 colors so it is an extra $2... I have never heard of that but I said okay. Then they tell me for her it will be $27 for her mani and pedi... she is 9 years old! I didn't expect it to be $10 but definitely not almost $30 for a kids mani and pedi. I ask and it's $13 for my 10 year old son's pedi, which all she did was file the nails, cut the cuticle and scrub his feet. I mean, REALLY?!!! Finally, a lady comes to check my nails, scrapes the gel off with her nail and puts me back in the acetone. I sit another 10 miunutes and another lady comes to scrape them some more. By the time someone comes to actually work on my hands the lady doing my feet is ready to paint my toes. Unfortunately they didn't understand what color I wanted for my toes so I had to get up (lady doing my hands had already walked off again) and picked my color out. I sat back down and the lady for my hands came back talking to other people around the shop. She gets a text as soon as she starts back up with my hands and stops to text back. She continues with my hands and gets another text and this time she calls them and puts them on speaker... so while she is kind of filing my nails, she is yelling into the phone having a 5 minute conversation with someone. Fast forward, I had to ask the lady doing my feet to please file my toe nails evenly, which all she did was file them down more. The lady doing my hands was in such a rush to finish, she didn't even clean up around the nails. No alcohol, no lotion, no oil, nothing. I still have some of the cotton ball fuzz from when she cut my cuticles on my hands. $100 down the drain. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. read more

I got coffin acrylic fill with gel+matte top coat and an accent glitter nail. I was very undecided with color choices but Kim was so patient and helped me decide by letting me try small swatches of the colors on my nails. The shape was on point! The best done yet, they were thin, even, and consistent on all fingers. We received amazing customer service and great quality. Just got my nails done here for the holiday and I've loved my experiences so far! The first time I went in here, a male nail technician helped me and he did a great job with my cat eye nails! My gel manicure lasted almost a month which is incredible with how careless I am with my nails. Today Kim helped me and we got creative with this design white/gold festive design!! I have been here previously to get my acrylics done a couple of times. For that service I give them a 6/10. Today I went in to get my eyebrows waxed by the one and only Kim. She was busy finishing someone's mani and I sat on the couch. Nobody greeted me when I walked in by the way. Kim finished and then asked me if I needed a pedi. I said "No I need my eyebrows done." She said OK and then proceeded to do another girl's mani who was there before me. A different woman walks in 10 minutes after me and she was taken in to get her eyebrows done before me. I felt disrespected but just waited for her to finish. Finally I got my brows waxed and they were not perfect, but I am very satisfied. I give the wax service a 7/10 due to the lack of privacy.
