The tres leches latte was okay, it was just milky coffee which considering its tres leches seems about right. I preferred the cookie butter latte as it had a stronger taste of the flavoring. Although I will say we got two cookie butter lattes one with oatmilk one with regular milk and in the oatmilk one the cookie flavor was much more prominent so I would recommend getting oatmilk in it, if you decide to try it. The lemonade pie was really though, I always enjoy the baked goods they have. We went through the drive thru, and were the only ones in line at the time so we were greeted and serviced fairly quickly.

The soup was good too (I think it was bun bo hue, bit there was a language problem-- I do not speak Vietnamese and her English was limited.) There were a lot of 8-liners in the back half of this place, and I suspect other things may have been going on here. The food was good, though, but I do not think we were welcome and may have unnerved the regulars there.
