    Coffee Crepe Cake

So far nice ambiance and smells real good! Cute spot which feels like your in the a jungle... I ordered hot Thai tea a little spicy I think because of ginger but still yummm and my husband ordered the jasmine cold tea! We didn't order appetizers because I see dishes are big so let's try the food and than a dessert!! Let's leave space for a crepe cake!!!! The pad Thai level 5 is spicy! I would choose #3 next time!! Big dishes so it would be best to share next time! The flavor is authentic and very savory!!! The teriyaki shrimp and noodles also a level 5 which was spicy! But savory!!! Customer service is great! Very attentive and very courteous, I loved the attention to us the customer!! They have a gold cage appetizer sampler that I saw at other tables and I saw people enjoy it very much!!! The wall decor and painting is beautiful!! And now for the coffee crepe!! Excited about this one because I have ate crepe cakes in Mexico and omg from barbas coffee shop and they are the best so let's see here!!! Very delicious crepe coffee cake! Just perfect addition to my warm creamy Thai tea!!! Crepe cake has roasted almond shavings on top with caramel drizzled and a white cream mousse that melts in your mouth! I want to give credit to a guy who helped us when we came in, sat us at our table and comes out from kitchen and is attentive what customers need! He is a great multitasker and I am making sure his pic is here too! To the owner : make sure you take care of this employee who goes on and beyond helping customers and your cares for your restaurant!!!

Another visit, another top notch meal. Came for lunch this time. Dunno why it's not more crowded. Had the Tom Kha Gai (w chicken) and BBQ pork buns. Both delicious.

I had the Singaporean noodle with mixed seafood Thai Hot. It was a huge portion and now one of my faves. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards! You'll earn points and get cash to redeem!

Super cute inside! The food was top notch. You can let them know your spice preference with each dish. I loved the soup that came out with lunch and my dish. Service was excellent especially for Lunch. I can't wait to go back and try more.

Avocado smoothie and Beef soup with Kim chi.

Well, made it back and food was still tasty! I'm really enjoying this place. This time I went back for an avocado smoothie and they were good enough not to make it too sweet. Then I've had some beef soup. Sorry can't remember the name with kimchi in it and it was fantastic! Lots of noodles and meat in it. No problems with service or ambience! Going to go back soon because third time is the charm!

Deetz: Yes, check it out! TLDR:Just tried this place because I learned pei wei near me closed it's doors. Thought i'd give it a shot. SO GLAD I DID! This place is great!!! I got a lunch option pad see ew & their signature thai green tee. Yessssss. Didn't disappoint. I miss my old Thai place that I went to for years near Almeda mall. This place feels that gap. It was very clean inside and outside. I was suprised they had a patio area. Too cute. The decor inside is aesthetically appeasing. If my 3 year old wasn't a wild child I would have wanted to eat inside. I got the pad see ew because that's my favorite dish & wanted to make sure this place hit the mark. (It surpassed it!) But i honestly wanted to try another lunch special, or 2. My green tea was good. I will admit that I wanted to try something else but def needed to make sure this place was good at the basics 1st. Customer service was a hit. I walked in, was greeted immediately. He double checked my to-go order & made sure it was all there, in & out in 3 minutes tops. Def will be coming back & bringing others.

I'm over the moon. This is the Asian restaurant of my dreams. A complete coffee, smoothie and boba bar. Noodles and rice from around the continent. I mean they are the first place I've found that serves mei goreng, took me right back to Ubud. With everyone at the table smiling while engrossed in their food, this is going to be a frequent flyer!

My coworkers and I found this spot nearby our office so decided to give it a try for lunch! The interior is nicely decorated and the staff were very warm and welcoming. The menu has lots of items to choose from but I decided to get their lunch item (drunken noodle with chicken). Lunch is from 11am- 3pm Mon-Fri and this comes with a house soup and crispy wonton skin. Service was pretty fast and the drunken noodle was hot and savory with juicy pieces of chicken! Looking forward to coming back to try more items from their menu as well as the drinks!

I saw this business come across as a TikTok and realized it was right around the corner from my work! I came during lunch today and ordered my favorite Thai dish.... Chicken Pad se Ew. The atmosphere inside, the service and how fast my food was made was too notch! The meal itself was ok ..a little bit different flavor then I'm used to but still delicious. I would def come back to try more dishes and recommend this place to others.

Food was really good. Service was quick and friendly. They have a full coffee and tea bar. The place is decorated very cute and there's quite a bit of seating. Good parking lot as well. Will return.

Ok this place is not bad and perhaps the Snack Hour is a fun experience. However I was hungry and needed food. I have been looking for good Thai food in or near Houston. I ordered the veggie egg rolls that came in an order of 4. They were the small ones though so I could've eaten all of them myself. They tasted fine and the sauce was yummy. I was most impressed with the dish that they were served in. Ok now the food, I'm typically not a noodle girl but that's def the route I should've went. I ordered the tom yum rice dish (sorta close to the name) but again go for the noodle version! The fam made a way better decision than me. Tasted more flavorful. I think overall the plus for me was that they had a cafe inside of the restaurant. So I was able to order an iced coffee to go! Happy Yelping!

It doesn't have an awful scent in there like a lot of other Pasadena joints I've been to that was a plus and the young lady at the front greeted me warmly and go straight to the point wanting to know if this was dine in, pick up or to go. She got me in and out and upon my request for the shrimp Pad Se Ew I ask for it to be spicy and they have actual levels to it 1-5. I got the 3 it wasn't exactly spicy enough FOR ME so before I dipped I made sure to hit it with some sriracha which upped it for me. At first bite the texture and flavor of the dish was packed with umami with the oyster sauce, garlic, fragrant at that, lots of chopped broccoli and carrots and the crunch really paired into the dish greater than I thought. The shrimp was cooked perfectly with a bit of a crunch to it and the flat noodles weren't overly chewy/gummy at all. At first I was reluctant to try this place since I don't live in Stankadena and I was here for work and this place it looks like a hole in the wall but in my experience it's a lot of times the hole in the wall joints are freaking awesome. I was surprised and happy I decided to get lunch from there. 10/10 would recommend.

Anyway, they're packed into a small business center. They're easy to miss. Thai Jasmine Cuisine is small inside, so not ideal for large gatherings. The decor is lovely and adorable. They have a huge TV screen, but the volume is too loud. There's an abundant of aquarium fish in this place! The staff are kind and the prices are decent. There's no lunch special, though. Our food arrived fresh, with the right amount of spice. Thai Jasmine Cuisine offers catering. But, the seasoning on some of their dishes are gritty. I wouldn't recommend their curry, most of the customers have complained about the texture being gritty too. That's NOT how curry should be! Their spicy wings...aren't spicy at all. You pay at their counter, not at your table. They don't give you enough napkins unless you ask. Unlike most Asian restaurants, Thai Jasmine Cuisine have other desserts besides the usual mango sticky rice and mochi. They have cheesecakes, Tres leches cake, carrot cake, chocolate cake and coconut ice cream. Spoiler: Their aquarium "lion fish" are fake. What's the point of having those?!

We walked in and were told to sit where we wanted and handed menus. They took our drink orders first and after bringing our drinks, they also brought us small bowls with a consume style chicken soup/broth. This was tasty, I enjoyed it. They took our orders a couple of minutes after as well. We started by getting 3 appetizers, the calamari, chicken satay and the dumplings. My friend ordered the Pad Thai (medium level spicy ness so maybe a 2-3?), and my other friend and I got the Maiasian fried rice box which comes with shrimp fried rice and a fried chicken cutlet on top. You can also choose your level of spice on this dish. My friend went with a 2 and I chose not to get it spicy as spicy food causes me stomach issues. After placing our order, our first appetizer came out in about 5 minutes and it was the calamari. I could see the seasoning on the breading, they looked tasty and some were fried crispier than others but nothing was overcooked. Upon first bite, the flavor was really good but the spice on them kicks in after you've ate it and they are HOT. I can handle a small amount of heat but these felt like a 5. Needless to say I only ate two. The chicken satay was my favorite of the appetizers, the dipping sauce is peanut butter forward which I loved because you get the saltiness right away along with that PB taste and the sweetness and mild spice come after. The cucumber provided with the satay was the cooling agent I needed to sedate the heat from the calamari. It was cool, refreshing and sweet. The dumplings were pork and shrimp and come with a soy dipping sauce. They were tasty as well, not the best I've had, but enjoyable. Seasoned perfectly. My dish, the Maiasian fried rice box was delicious! The shrimp are a nice size, fairly big, and my favorite vegetable in the rice was the broccoli. The chicken cutlet was fried perfectly too. I really enjoyed it and the one my friend got wasn't too spicy at a level 2. I'd say it was still pretty mild. I did get a taste of the Pad Thai and at a level 3 spice I'd say. It was sweet with that spice kicking in after. It was milder than I thought but over all still a good Pad Thai. After we finished eating, they brought us to go boxes since we all didn't really finish our plates. It was a lot of food and they also brought us these home made cookies with a chocolate frosting on them in the shape of a star. Not sure what kind of cookies these were, maybe sugar cookies I'd say, but they were DELICIOUS! If they would sell boxes of these to go I'd buy 2 or 3 of them hahaha. They were the best thing to end our meals with. I forgot to mention that our food came out pretty fast, and the kitchen is in the dining area so you can see, hear and smell the food being prepared. Aside from the sound of the chef cooking, the restaurant has a quiet ambience and I find it quite cozy. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area. It's really a hidden gem.

Food: 3.5/5 Service: 5/5…read moreAmbiance: 5/5 Overall: 3.7/5 My most recent visit of Nam Thai was a rare miss for the restaurant. I've gone about five times now and this was by far my least favorite experience (I still liked it, but I was a little disappointed), which was unfortunate since this was my parent's first experience here. My only issues were the food, so here's my opinion on each one we ordered: 1. Thai Tea - 4.8/5 - Definitely one of the best Thai Teas at a restaurant. Though I could still use more of the Thai Tea base flavor rather than milk, everyone at my table still enjoyed this drink. 2. Red Curry - 4.5/5 - Quite nice and had very good flavor. I don't love the addition of bell peppers in here, but that's a personal preference. 3. Pad See Ew - 3/5 - Kind of basic. Nothing made it stand out and noodles this kind of stuck together and became mushy. 4. Pad Thai - 3/5 - I've gotten this twice before, and for some reason it just tasted completely different and nothing like what Pad Thai should actually taste like. Not bad, but just not what you want when eating a Pad Thai. Noodles were also pretty mushy. 5. Steamed Fillet Snapper - 4/5 - Fairly clean and nice tasting, but just a little too plain for my taste. Still, a great option if you want something lighter for your meal. 6. Rib Eye Pepper Steak Thai Style - 4/5 - I really liked the sauce for this one and the beef was cooked very well, but the garlic they chose to put on top was extremely bitter and ruined my thoughts on the dish. I love this place, but this experience was the first time I've ever questioned going back here again. I hope this time was just a fluke.
