The very first caregiver wasn't a match after the 2nd day and they quickly replace the person with someone great. Unfortunately, that caregiver moved on to other things (as it can happen) but the replacement has been equally great to work with. Both of the good caregivers were attentive and easy to work with. I decided to go with an agency so we wouldn't have to worry about payroll taxes/insurance/call out's etc. and so far I can recommend this service. You get a discount if you sign up for direct debit for payment. The staff at the branch is very communicative, they call when the caregiver is running late and find a replacement quickly if there is a call out. Important thing to remember, this isn't a medical service so there are certain tasks that their caregivers can't perform, but if you are looking for someone to help out and give you a break from caregiving, try them out!

I'm currently trying to make a career pivot from shipping and distribution into more administrative-based work. I was excited about this opportunity, only for my hopes to come crashing down ten minutes before the scheduled call was to occur. I'd been notified that Nelly was going to move forward with other candidates and she cancelled the call. I was left bewildered and infuriated. This was very tasteless and unprofessional on her behalf, considering I could have spent my time earning extra money rather than taking a half day at work. Please be more considerate of people, their time, and their circumstances.
