First the non-negatives, which is the Coney Island & Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs were fine and the Fries were good. Nothing to complain about. Now the bad parts. 1) My mom said that the Pork Chops she ordered were very dry, 2) this restaurant's Cole Slaw is inedible, 3) I ordered the 21 Shrimp which I use to enjoy, but now, I cannot recommend. It seems they're using a cheaper product now. Finally the worse part. I ordered 2 pieces of Blazo's pie, Lemon Merengue and Coconut Cream. The pies tasted like they'd been sitting around for a very long time and I have very good evidence to prove that assumption. The Merengue topping looked like something that might come out of your nose. It had completely broken down into this grayish goop that was horrific to look at. I mean it wasn't even white anymore. Also, the pieces were so tiny. Now scariest thing about this pie encounter is that the young lady working there cut the pie pieces and put them in containers for me so she had to see the Merengue's condition and the portion size. If you've made it this far I'm sure you know what I'm about to say, are you ready for it, "I'll never go to this restaurant again".

I did not want to like this place, it in the corner gas station, a Marathon... I stumbled on this place while riding bikes, and although I've heard through the grapevine that the gas station pizza was good, I didn't want to believe it. I ordered one, 3 topping pizza with Pepperoni, Banana Peppers and Onions. It came to $5.99 + tax... It took about 20 minutes... The guy at the counter said he used to work at Northside, and ate this pizza everyday. He said he loved it so much he wanted to work here. True story! Well, I got home and quickly scarfed down my first piece. The crust was outstanding... The sauce was a little light, but the cheese was nice and the toppings weren't bad. The crust though...good stuff! Something about it made me want more. So I had a few more slices... All being said, it was a good pie at a decent price. I think the crust will bring me back for another try... :) I also had a slice of cold pizza the next day for lunch, and still think the same thing... It must be good!

The confirmation text didn't come through until we were already inside, which might be bad reception, but it almost cost us the table. Then they sat us right across from the back kitchen entrance. Banging, yelling, and an open doorway into the kitchen. Off-putting, especially with better seating clearly open. The food keeps the rating up. I did not expect a wings place, but the smoked wings were my favorite, right amount of crispy with good smoke. The sauce list is long and I couldn't pick a favorite. The ranch tasted house-made and it was amazing. The chikin soho was the other standout. Honey ginger glaze, chili dijon slaw, and pickles that all work together. Misses: the brisket nachos needed fresh guac and actual brisket, since there was barely any. The 6 cheese mac was fine but not worth ordering again. Prices were right for what it is, a bistro concept. It's in Wayne, which surprised me since I didn't know spots like this existed out here. Wide enough menu that I'll be back. Next time I'm speaking up about the seating.

I figured it would be a great opportunity to pay this place a visit for breakfast. I was impressed by how busy they were, especially on a rainy day. My waitress Gabby was super attentive and the staff were so sweet to my baby daughter, who joined me today. All the food was great, and I could tell it was of much better quality than other Coney Island restaurants in the area. It's worth mentioned that the sirloin that I ordered on the side was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. I requested it to be medium and that's exactly what I got. Eggs, hash browns and turkey sausage were satisfying as well as the mixed fruit bowl. For sure this will be my go to Coney Island/diner in the future

We placed our order and when the food arrived, all of us where excited. The food looked and tasted great. Hats off to the chef. We had a table full of pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, and drinks. By time we were ready to go, the waitress seemed in a better mood. Maybe she was having a rough start to her day. I commented on her earrings to make her smile. Although the experience wasn't the best initially, we all have "off" days and i wont hold it against them. The food is delicious and I will be back.

On my last visit I ordered the chili cheese fries and a drink. The fries came out hot and crispy, loaded with chili and melted cheese, and it definitely hit the spot while waiting for my flight. It's simple comfort food, but sometimes that's exactly what you want when you're traveling. The staff was friendly and kept things moving even with a steady line of travelers coming through. Service was quick, and it's easy to grab your food and still make it to your gate without feeling rushed. Is it gourmet? No. But for airport food, it definitely hits the spot. If you're flying through the Evans Terminal and want something quick, filling, and very Detroit, this is a solid choice. Rating: 4/5
