Because of limited choices in plastic surgeons under my insurance, Dr. Daneshmand was my only option for reconstructive surgery following a double mastectomy for breast cancer in January 2023. I had read several reviews about his arrogance, but opted to have a positive attitude and hope for the best. After the initial surgery, I had 6 months of expander fills before the final reconstruction surgery in June 2023. Unfortunately, the reconstruction he did on me was horrible! I looked like a freak! Dr. Daneshmand said "In a year, they'll look amazing"! Within months, they went from bad to worse and after 18 months, I couldn't stand it anymore. My breasts were so disfigured and it was impossible to find a bra that fit me. I was emotionally depleted trying to accept that's how I'd look the rest of my life. And to make matters worse, I had constant pain along one of the incision areas that I had to ice almost every night. If dealing with cancer wasn't bad enough! Having changed to better insurance, I finally opted to have revision surgery (with a different plastic surgeon) and I couldn't be happier! He fixed all the problems and the pain is completely gone. I underwent a fat transfer under my eyes and implant removal with a breast lift, and the results have left me emotionally and physically devastated. The fat transfer created lumps, bumps, irregular contours, asymmetry, and a disfigured look that draws unwanted attention. Before and After I have included photos that show the shocking difference. Before the procedure, I had no issues in this area. Now, the fat under my eyes is uneven and distorted, and my eyes constantly water, something I never experienced before. I wear tape under my eyes daily just to hide the deformity and gather the courage to go out. Athletic Career Crushed I was a healthy, athletic woman who performed in live shows. This botched result destroyed my confidence. I cry in secret, avoid cameras, and live with constant shame. My self-esteem has been shattered, and my once active social life has turned into isolation. I had my upper eyes (eye lids) done by Dr. Daneshmand about 2 years ago. My wife used to tell me all the time that I looked tired and that I usually raised my eyebrows when speaking to people. This procedure was one of the best that I have had in my life, I really don't feel any different at all, but in photos, I look much better, not tired and don't have to raise my eyebrows either when I talk to people. My experience was very pleasant from my first greeting with the office staff. It was nice to be seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. This I have found is not very common with most doctors' offices. DO NOT GO HERE, FREE CONSULTATIONS ARE SCAMS On their website and through the phone they advertised free consultations. I had a dog bite my nose and a small piece was gone so I made an appointment to see if there was anything that should/could be done. Upon arriving for my appointment today, I asked the front desk again to confirm the consultation would be free, they said yes. When the doctor came into my room, he was extremely rude and short and as I tried to explain my concerns he stood silent taking notes and then suddenly left the room without addressing my concerns at all . Minutes later the front desk staff came in and told me that the doctor said because my issue was cosmetic and not medical, they would be charging me for the consultation. I immediately protested considering I was told multiple times beforehand that it would be free, and the staff member left to speak with the doctor. After a few minutes I left the room and the doctor was gone and most likely with the next patient, and the front desk staff member was back at the front desk answering calls. I told her I was leaving and wouldn't be paying and she gave me a half-assed apology as I left. Absolutely the worst experience I have had in an office, completely unprofessional. I took my mom to see if she can remove a cyst from her forehead, this Dr walked in, No Hi or anything, asking my mom what do you like to do. I underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction (upper back, torso, and around my hips), and breast lift with augmentation approximately three months ago. If I could give Dr. Daneshmand ten stars...that is what he deserves. Dr. Daneshmand: 1-10 STARS 1. is incredibly patient...It was a really difficult decision for me to have surgery...mostly because I didn't "believe" I deserved the body I was going to have after surgery. I have paid thousands of dollars..perhaps in the hundreds of thousands of dollars with hiking retreats, physical therapy and massages to compensate for pushing my body too hard. It took about 16 months from consultation to surgery...and now I have NO IDEA why I waited so long. However, during those sixteen months he and his staff was incredibly patient...answering all my questions...I only wish I could of undergone this surgery with Dr. Daneshmand in my 40's. 2. is incredibly compassionate...throughout the process..preop...to post op.... I USE to not like to see my reflection in a mirror...so to show anyone my body...well, it's just not something I am comfortable with...but obviously Dr. Daneshmand had to see my body to consult on surgery. He was so incredibly compassionate...it truly almost made me cry. I wish I had that much compassionate for myself... 3. promptly called me back prior to surgery with questions and concerns I had...and after surgery....I received texts within minutes...sometimes immediately the next minute. But I actually really didn't understand FULLY the depth of that struggle...until...those struggles went away....I say this with the most sincerity...Dr. Daneshmand has changed my life...forever...I wake up in the morning ...and I look amazing...my clothes fit my body the way I always dreamed they would...I have not starved in three months...and by the way..the starving didn't really help. Had I known....this was available to me....in my 30's...40's...I would of saved myself so much disappointment, heart ache...and sweat. The best Doctor I could have asked for! I suffered for years with large keloids on my chest. They were painful, itchy, and continued to grow larger as days passed. I had a procedure done about two years ago because of the pandemic and all the craziness I need going back and wanted to have two more things done. The doctor told me he would do the fixing on my breast for free because they didn't come out right I think the implants were too small and some other issues. As long as I was having the two other procedures done he told me you were doing free when he decided to drop one of the procedures for miscommunication in the office I was told I would've had to pay $1800 to fix a mistake when I called I was told that it was on the contract that if I don't do within two years, but yet nobody ever told me that, nor was it in any contract I reached out to one of the ladies in the office by text and actually sent her pictures of how bad they looked and told her how upset I was. She couldn't understand why nobody was calling me back, and I still have not heard anything. I guess I'm gonna have to seek a different way to get this resolved. read more

I went to Dr.Daneshmand because I heard a lot about him. His staff are nice and welcoming , that's why I have given that star only for the staff. For the Dr.himself, I found him a cheat and dishonest,and biased. The first time I went to his office with my friend for Botox I asked for complete paralysis between my eyebrows, I don't have a bad frown I just wanted to prevent. He recommended 35 units of Botox and said that should give me complete paralysis, and without asking me to frown he just injected Botox throughout my forehead and corner of my eyes which I did not want at all. After a week I still had frowns between eyebrows and a dimple next to my right eye. My friend and I tried calling the office but every time the receptionist would say some one will call you back from office which nobody did. After a month passed and I was still unhappy with results,I went back to him and he completely denied all the things he said to me the first time . I do not recommend him at all. My mother was referred to Dr. Daneshmand for a plastic surgery procedure, after she had some damaged skin (carcinoma) removed from her nose. The day of the procedure, after almost 1 hour wait, Dr. Daneshmand's assistant told her she had to wait longer because he had another patient that was bleeding (!) When my mother asked him how much longer will her procedure take, he began yelling at her saying something like: "IT IS AN OPERATION, AN OPERATION!! IT WILL TAKE 2 HOURS!!" After being unhappy for three years with my breast argumentation I am going to have work corrected by someone else. Nothing he did am I happy with. After the first surgery he placed my nipples so high I could not wear a bra without exposing them. I asked him to fix them and had to pay for surgery center. Then after that procedure I developed a large lump of scar tissue the size of a golf ball. When I asked him to correct this I was told I signed a paper stating I understood there could be complications and that it was my responsibility. So I payed to have it removed and was left with a large void in my breast. I asked him if this could be corrected and he said for a fee but to wait it would possibly fill in. It has not! I have never been happy with the work he did from day one and went back to him numerous times and he could only say that he was not responsible. I had a face and neck lift by Dr. Daneshmand in December of 2019. The Procedure went well and when my bandages came off, all looked good. Unfortunately a few months later my skin began sagging again and now just 9 months post surgery, I look like I never had anything done. My neck and cheeks are sagging and look like I did before the surgery. When asked several times, and 3 visits to Dr. Daneshmand later, I was given and paid for a chemical peel, which really didn't do much, and I paid $750 for that. D.r Daneshmand then recommended Radio Frequency to tighten my neck. After reading up on this, I find it causes scar tissue. I asked for a revision to my neck lift and was told that Dr. Daneshmand does not do revisions. So I am stuck with a sagging neck, chin and cheeks after spending $10,000. I do not recommend this office for anything. Dr. Daneshmand is very personable, but should try and make his patients get what they pay for, instead of continuing to recommend more procedures and at great cost.
