I'm writing this to help prevent anyone else from going through the difficult experience I had with this business. Over the past few years, I underwent two separate breast procedures performed by Dr. Ali. Unfortunately, the first procedure was unsuccessful. While the office offered me a discount for a second surgery, I still paid a significant amount out-of-pocket. Sadly, the second procedure also failed. When I reached out to Dr. Ali and his office to discuss my concerns and explore solutions, their only suggestion was to attempt the procedure a third time. I expressed that I no longer felt comfortable moving forward with them due to the risk of experiencing the same outcome. I wanted to seek care from another doctor I could trust. In response, Dr. Ali acknowledged that he may not have the necessary skill set to perform the procedure successfully and stated that he would instruct the office to issue me a refund. After taking some time to carefully consider my options, I contacted the office to request my refund--only to be told they would not be providing one. I have since spoken to others who have had similarly negative experiences with this office, and I've even heard Dr. Ali referred to as "The Butcher of Newport." The stress, time away from my family, and financial burden caused by this ordeal have been immeasurable. Dr. Song is amazing! Back in 2021 I was 14 and got an otoplasty for both ears done by Dr. Ali and both of them unfortunately grew huge keloids and the inner stitching popped out, resulting in redoing both ears again, same problem happened again with my left ear, now I am 18 and the keloid was too big I couldn't sleep on my left side. This time Dr. Song assisted me and recommended radiation therapy to prevent a future keloid on my ear which worked out perfectly. He quickly got the procedure done in 10 minutes of cutting off the keloid and also pinning back my ear again with stitches. During recovery I had no sharp pains or any complaints while stitches were healing on my ear. Next week when taking off the stitches, I mistakingly showed up at the wrong center and they kindly allowed me to reschedule later with no no-show or late fees which was so kind. After taking off the stitches the shock made my body pass out and luckily Dr. Song was holding me up when I woke up and gave me cold water and a cold towel to recover, while reassuring me it's okay and it's normal. One of the kindest front desk ladies also stayed in the room with me until I could recover fully. I cannot recommend Dr. Song enough for his kind, hospitable, and selfless character and great skill and precision as a surgeon!! read more

That conveniently lines up with California's one-year window for malpractice claims. It's a tactic, not medical advice. My nose surgery was a nightmare. Song actually admitted *during* the operation that he ran out of material to rebuild it. YOU... GET... MORE! This was clearly an excuse of incompetence. Since then, I've needed multiple reconstructive consultations and am now on my fourth surgeon. Every time I confronted him about the results, he had another excuse ready. That's just one body part that needs multiple surgeries after Song's botch. There is others. The quality of his work was appalling. Everything he touched turned into a disaster. This all took a deep psychological and physical toll on my health. The behavior from the staff was equally disturbing. A staff member of Song's, her Yelp avatar shows her with two teenage kids, long thin face, blonde hair (not Andi), cyberbully me online. It was vicious and totally unprofessional. To top it off, his father once injected my face while acting erratic and giddy. She herself a post-babies breast aug patient of Dr Song said she did lengthy research and asked around with her other medical colleagues for the best in the area. Day of surgery went extremely smoothly and Dr Song provided the exact results we had discussed for my breast lift and aug down to the perfect nipple size and "no more than 1" cup size increase. I had told him I didnt want it to be obvious to anyone I had an implant and he delivered. I want to save part of this review for Nurse Natalia. I could sing of her praises all day...from her extensive support pre, day of, and post op, to the opinions and advice and she offers from personal experience, and her extensive knowledge of almost any medical situation you could ask of. Love this place. Happy with my breast augmentation surgery. No pain day of because they have the best meds and the best anesthesiologist.
